"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

It doesn't say "uphold", so he doesn't have to.

He also, apparently, said he's not planning to run again in 2028, despite historically large clamors to do so (Begging sir with tears in their eyes no doubt), because he thinks it might be a problem but he's not sure about the constitutionality..... Who killed the dream? I, said the the harpy. I made out my case and I wrote it in Sharpie. Whoo whoo whoo knew, said the owl as he quietly flew. Not me not me not me says the chickadee. In a big enough cage I'll feel just as free. Who'll make it legal, I says the eagle, I'll cloak it in gibberish till it's all true. And who'll bury the body? He's not planning to run again because there won't be an election, he'll probably declare a national emergency, send troops into the streets, dissolve Congress and the Supreme Court, and declare himself President for Life.

I expect that will happen in 2026, to prevent an inevitable landslide win for the Democrats and the impeachment trial that would follow...

Alcatraz was closed because it was too expensive to continue operating, according to the Federal Bureau of Prison website. It was nearly three times more costly to operate than any other federal prison.
 
Enlarged to where? It already takes up the whole level part of the island and it would take a fortune to rebuild. It would take many years and probably be abandoned by the next president before it was finished. Get Elon to check if it would be an efficient use of funds.
