Merged Due process in the US

Ice and Homeland Securtiy came into existence under Bush. if I were actually in politics, I would run on a platform of scrapping it. It has become too hard to control. Its mission should be more under congress control. Not a president who will just deport all if he can. Costs alone are too hard to control. Repace it with an outfit that deals with mostly women and children from the South. Leave the MS-13 stuff for the FBI.

Now I definitely want Garcia brought back to the USA. Not cuz I like him or think he deserves it, but because Trump is such a trollish dick. He definitely needs to be brought down and humbled. This behavior is unacceptable for a so-called President.

Bring him back and give him his due process. If he is indeed a gang member and DVer, take it before a judge and see if there is enough evidence to revoke his protective order.

It's simply too puerile. The Onion humor is clever. The White House account is just grade-school playground taunts.

I think this can be noted for any criminal contempt proceedings that happen in Judge Boasberg's court, even though this is a different case. It goes toward showing that the administration intended and intends to violate court orders as they pertain to people renditioned to El Salvador. That would preclude any argument that they were acting in good faith notwithstanding the orders.
