Merged Due process in the US

Don't expect any Due Process

JD says "What process is due is a function of "our resources"
and to ask the people weeping over the lack of due process what precisely they propose for dealing with Biden's millions and millions of illegals?
I see Couch ◊◊◊◊◊◊ is a fan of the night of the long knives "justice".

How long before we hear him parotting variations of:
"Mutinies are crushed only by the everlasting laws of iron. If anyone reproaches me and asks why we did not call upon the regular courts for sentencing, my only answer is this: in that hour, I was responsible for the fate of the German nation and was thus the Supreme Justiciar of the German Volk!"

I fear it will be very soon.

Meanwhile I'm going to cross the forum meme streams and link to a twitter thread with a good take on this.

...By Amanda Knox

Later tweet in the thread

"...The Government has not challenged the validity of that order."

That's all that matters. Either court orders like this have force or they don't. This administation is arguring that they can defy such orders whenever they feel like it. That sets a dangerous precedent.

There are two giant issues in then Garcia case: Abrogation of due process, and the breakdown of checks and balances. If you're looking for a constitutional crisis, here we are.
If you're looking for national socialism it rests there too. But all the nazis get their knickers in a twist about us pointing out the truth.

You lose your right to possess a firearm.
For a while maybe, but you can get it back see Mel Gibson as an example.
I disagree, but whatever.
Exactly only perfect victims need receive any care. That is why George Floyd was entirely the wrong person to hang a black lives matter campaign on also, which you should clearly agree with.

You lose your right to possess a firearm.

No, you lose your federal right to possess a firearm. In my state you can have a firearm after a domestic violence charge after an allotted time. With our country's loveable gun boner anyone can buy one pretty cheap off of craigslist or a gun show, etc. and the state police won't bother you. Just don't get pulled over by a federal agent and you're good to go.

And then the ATF comes after you.

Your views seem incoherent in this thread.
One should not lose one's right to due process but that's what has happened.
That's cuz he is no longer in the USA.

But the judge is still advocating on his behalf, so its hard to say that Garcia's right to Due Process has been exhausted.

And then the ATF comes after you.

Why would they? Unless someone snitches on you to the ATF, how would they even know? I'm not speaking out of my ass, I know people here in North Dakota that have guns and are convicted felons. They've never been bothered by the ATF, because the ATF doesn't really have a presence in North Dakota, in a city of 50,000.

Its illegal to buy a gun from a dealer without a NICS check.

And yes, someone could snitch on you if they dont like you and know you are a felon or had a restraining order or a druggy, etc.
