(Caveat:if quote is real) it seems he hasn't noticed that Canada has been paying it's way just fine, and there isn't any weird law forcing the US to send money to Canada. It's not much of an argument to say if they intervene to prevent free trade they could hurt Canada more than themselves.

Ah, the pleasure of being old. I nearly complained that someone was out by three orders of magnitude, because when I was young, a million million was a billion.
 
I'm so surprised that "no tax on overtime, social security benefits, and tips" didn't make it into the GOP bill...........
