Merged USAID: is it really a bunch of crazy leftists? / Trump Was Absolutely Right to Shut Down USAID

The Economist reported, "When doge stopped payments, it cut off $750m to $1bn in money owed to contractors for work already completed, one executive estimates." The abruptness of the cuts is a large part of the problem, as this article indicated. The attempt to make exceptions for life-saving expenditures is not working, for one thing.

Current and former officials see it as a campaign of retribution against those who opposed his earlier work, as well as an opportunity to fulfill his most controversial policies by sidelining bureaucrats who get in his way...In 2020, the Trump administration appointed Marocco to USAID, the world’s largest foreign aid organization...While he was at the agency, he frequently expressed wanting to cut programs he didn’t like or understand, his former colleagues said." This sounds like retribution against his former colleagues.

I'll stop you right here. The reason I use yearly stats is because the average case for deportation, depending on country of origin, ranges from a few weeks to a couple of years. So I am using averages rather than what you're doing, which is just making ◊◊◊◊ up with absolutely nothing to support it. It's what you generally do now. Just making ◊◊◊◊ up and stating it as fact.

I completely ignored the rest of your post for that same reason. You support nothing you say and act like illegal immigrants don't get representation or pick any of the other myriad of completely ignorant, and clueless assumptions you made in your post.

Not only are the trumpkins being driven off a cliff, they're going over the edge happily, because they know that the liberal lemmings are being driven over the edge of the cliff with them, and they know it's going to really hurt for them when they hit the ground.

If it had been "$50 million for antibiotics to Gaza" I imagine that people would have left that alone.

I think that condoms are actually one of the most cost-effective tools for public health that you could find. Every dollar spent buying condoms saves a lot of dollars in the future (and in many different ways).

If I were trying to sell it to Trumpers, I'd say "think of a condom as a tool to prevent or reduce illegal immigration in the near future." Of course, it also reduces the need for HIV medicines, which cost a lot more than condoms.

But, alas, people think of condoms as a sex toy or something frivolous. "Abstinence is free!!! Just never have sex, M'kay??"

If some people had actually used condoms properly, a lot of MAGAs would not even exist.

The issue is that MAGA is against birth control of any kind. They want women to be baby factories. Sex for recreation is only for men to enjoy.

Also for MAGA if foreigners (particularly those who have too much melanin) happen to die of AIDS, that's acceptable. (If not actively desirable.)
