Trick question! Because they'll rebrand themselves and instead of being "Republicans" or "GOP" they'll be "Trumpicans" and "TOP". And the senate will be dissolved by the emperor. The Trumpican trumpators will only play a ceremonial role, in which they praise the Trump for his trumpastic trumpdeas to trumpsform the trumptry of Trumpica into a trumpadise on Trumpth.

One really practical, personal form your resistance could take is donating whatever you can spare to UNITED24. This is the official fundraising program of the government of Ukraine. This is a direct contribution to Ukraine's resistance against Russia. I believe Ukraine's resistance be one of the most important and effective means currently available to bring about the destruction of the Putin regime.

If you want to poke a stick in Trump's eye, put a pebble in Putin's shoe, and save innocent lives, and you want to do it now, today, donate to Ukraine. That's what I do, on a regular basis. I urge you to do the same - especially if you're committed to the anti-Trump resistance.

I think the resistance will continue to be what we see now. A lot of online anger, lawsuits slowing Trump down a little while he and Musk continues to do damage that will take decades to undo. In short, nothing much.

They're planning a general strike on March 15, apparently, and there's demonstrations with hundreds of thousands of people. Also of course 'alt' accounts for various agencies.

Having said that --I'm disappointed with the response, too. Hopefully as president Elonia ramps up the fascism, resistance will increase.
 
I don't think any significant resistance will happen until those that voted for him are hurt by him so much that they turn.
