The Tim Walz campaign, and the ******** attacks upon him.

If it did, I wouldn't need the sharp pencil.

(For the curious, I put the sharp pencil in my pocket, point up so it didn't tear through the lining. This seemed a clever idea to 8 year old me. Later, having forgotten how smart I was, I plunged my hand into the pocket looking for something else.)

I also have a permanent dark spot/hole in my right palm left 60 years ago by a vicious pencil determined to keep me from doing my homework. I suspect a connection to the Kennedy assassination.

I used to make pencil bombs. You take two halves of a broken pencil and wind them together with a rubber band. You can balance to two halves against each other on the last wind so the thing's precariously balanced. Wherever you throw it, it erupts like... a pencil bomb.

Tucker Carlson accuses Tim Walz of being a pervert: “I lived in a boys dorm in a New England boarding school in the 1980s with a lot of guys like Tim Walz. I saw that guy and I said, ‘you’re a creeper,’ as we used to call them. For sure.”

The idea of Cucker having somebody else he can find more creepy than him genuinely scares me.

Tim Walz, however, is not that guy.

It could be worse, I once stapled myself. As an adult.

The first time I heard creeper was from a younger lady who used it to describe older guys macking on her. This was about 15 years ago and sure as hell I never heard the term in the 80's.

Of course this doesn't give any context, but:

Google NGram: Creeper

Some of the usage may be related to that song "Jeepers Creepers..."

Some may be related to the auto repair thing.

the trump campaign beating up women doing their jobs by trying to stop them from filming in veteran cemetaries reminded me, did we ever settle in on whether or not walz got his rank right? seems more important than ever
