So with this executive order....

I think it would be really funny if a left-wing group would challenge this executive order as exceeding the President's authority (does the constitution grant him the right to cap the number of encounters? Does the law?), and win. That would be quite a hammer.

Unfortunately, there isn't enough time for this to make it through the courts before the election, because if that were to get overturned, it would be a huge FU to the republicans in congress. Basically, the courts would be saying, it's your job and you haven't done it.

It could still work some if Biden is re-elected. Maybe that's the idea, that it's a hammer to use in the 2026 mid-terms?

Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, an illegal alien from El Salvador, crossed into the United States in 2023 after murdering a girl in El Salvador.

Later in 2023, he committed a home invasion where he physically assaulted a 9-year-old girl and her mother.

Again in 2023, he brutally raped and murdered a mother of 5 as she was jogging along a hiking trail.

The illegal alien is the suspect in other crimes in multiple states.

Should we also consider recidivism rates? Since illegal immigrants can be deported following the completion of their sentence, there should be a large drop in their crime rate due to no opportunity for repeat offenses. We do not have this option with citizens.

1. Can you define what you mean by 'open borders'? Does this mean there are no checks or controls at all, and anyone is free to stroll across any time they like? Something else? Is there an open border policy from the Biden administration? As a non-American, I don't know what your border policies are.
2. Rather than endlessly posting examples of individual criminals, it might be better if you said what your solution was to this problem.

While he is at it, he might like to tell us when the USA is going to start building a massive wall along the longest, most open land border the USA has. And around international airports. And along all sea frontages. A border wall is The AnswerTM, so we are told.

Can we at least now take pride in sending jews back to hitler and refusing to grant them asylum when the holocaust was common knowledge? That is what america thinks of people seeking refuge always has been always will be.

This always annoys. Do you why that is? Because the southern border is the only place where millions of folks are trying to cross regularly. We don't have millions of illegal crossing from Canada. Probably hundreds or even thousands. It's as silly and unserious as Bogative's news clippings.
