I know he has said simular things, but you have to prove this one tape is real, I have been attacked by the Crazy Altright myself they are insane and think they are above the Law because they have money and power.

Stone and his associates were telling everyone they were going to do a Coup attempt on January 6th, so maybe Stone is dumb enough to get Caught on tape planning Murder.

you only have to prove it's real if you want to build a case on it.

The Stone Recording is an interesting case. I saved the audio from the published tape and tried to test it on free AI detection sites but the only one that didn't require registering choked on it. I think the main problem is the background voices--you can look at it either as a sign of authenticity (the restaurant) or a convenient addition to attempt to fool obvious signs of fakery.

My initial hunch is that it is suspicious given that the background voices are quite loud, and they would most definitely make any sound analysis quite tricky. And it begs the question of whether someone would talk about ordering a hit in a very public setting.

A Stone website claims the audio was tested by two AI detecting companies and each found it either 95-97% likely to be fake. On the other hand, in an interview one of the targets (Swalwell) said that another company found it likely to be genuine. So of course both sides have their experts...

One would think if the FBI were investigating it should not take long to come to a determination. All they have to do is find the source and see if there is a chain of custody, and analyze the original recording; despite the new technology it should not be too challenging to get a good feel for authenticity.

I would not be at all surprised if it were legit, since Stone is evil. But I'm skeptical...go figure. It's *real* easy to produce fakes!
 
I did some more digging, since I have a bit of experience with audio,
Hitesh Ceon, an audio producer, posted on X that it was an obvious fake, citing tonal problems, especially the part where 'Stone' says "Either Swalwell or Nadler" must die...

I listened carefully--to me it simply sounds like Stone was confused on Swalwell's name, changing it to 'Stalwell' If anything, that might be a sign of authenticity.

Well, maybe not an expert on AI per se, but he has plenty of experience in AI generated sound. In his own tweet he published a fake Biden voice plotting murder that he created 'in five minutes' So yeah, it is most definitely easy to fake. I think more importantly the investigation has to be unbiased. I thought it was suspicious that Ceon (who of course has been quoted by Stone himself) was so quick to dismiss the tape, so I looked at his tweets and found out very quickly that he is a hater of all things 'leftist' so his conclusions are likely colored from political bias. One could read my tweets and conclude I'm a crazy leftist; the difference is I'm not coming to a quick conclusion on the tape--I think it's equally possible it could be fake or genuine. There are definitely some red flags (the delay in releasing the tapes, the quality of the recording, the source bias) but also it is not at all unlike Stone to say something that damning, so plenty of reason to believe it as well. So yep, the best we can do is wait for some real analysis to take place--if there is anything to be analyzed!

That's the only Smart thing to do at this point, I detected no problem markers in it but the FBI has better software than I do.
It does appear to be two layers though because of the background noises.

Just so everyone knows the reason I had to send Testimony to the January 6th committee is because I made several public Comments, telling people an insurrection or Civil War was coming some were Joking about it, like this one but many just asked people to stay peaceful
