Bigfoot Follies: part trois

He is a jokester. Dyer was a partner in the big hoax we called the Georgia Boys with the frozen Bigfoot costume.

I remember that one ~ Another total failure but it was a good gag for a little while.

Hey ! Did anyone ever find that Patty costume that guy Kit was looking for ?

Wow! such a difference from yrs ago , Man posts used to be flying so fast it was like a today's group text.

Well I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas Tim! Good to see the RRS posting.

There are no more Bigfoot believers here except for Chris in Kentucky. He doesn't talk about Bigfoot much either.

Yes Virginia, there is a Bigfoot.

Hello :)

Something about a giant half man gorilla type creature has always interested me, I still remember when I was a kid and the First edition on the Star paper around 1970 ish featured a BF on the cover.

I was hooked on the subject along with all the other creatures that people dream up since the beginning of time.

I don't know of any BF lurking around in my area of the country but ! after a long long time we have black bears every spring, Its A Start

I was taken to the theater for the BF movie probably in the late 70's.
It was interesting to a kid but hardly a basis for believing the monkey roams the woods in reality.

I spent half my life wondering if one would wander out of the woods near my house. None ever did. If only the would turn off that bloody photo blurring device!

I seen the BF movie as a kid, probably late 70's? It wasn't conclusive.
After that always kind of wondered if one might wander out of the woods behind our home. None ever did.

The amazing photo blurring technology they use is what interests me most.

We know the truth, however his claim on Tik Tok is that they had to use the dummy suit because the Men In Black took the actual Bigfoot, so they mocked it up with the fake suit, hoping that they could get the actual Bigfoot back. or something like that.

He also claims that the REAL footage of him shooting and killing a Bigfoot is being held by a government, and he is suing the English production company in their court system trying to get the REAL footage back from the production company.

so they mocked it up with the fake suit
I think that's double Hoaxing ~ How many hoaxes before they start getting suspicious these Daze.

Seriously you can't stop to take a pi$$ in the middle of the Mojave Desert now without being on camera and still no one can find a legendary giant cone headed hairy gorilla running around in some people's yards ~

That's because they have ADVANCED CLOAKING TECHNOLOGY provided to them by the aliens from the Pleiades star system.

You're welcome. :w2:

Maybe it was the REAL bigfoot, in a fake bigfoot suit, pretending to be a real bigfoot...
:jaw-dropp

The same Aliens responsible for all the crazy nut jobs that believe in anything someone on TV tells them too while driving mindlessly around all over the place in Subaru's like they were on a board game.

Just pains in the A$$ ~ LOL

I'm not sure Bigfoot does exist, but I'm willing to keep an open mind.

One of the refutes to the phenomenon is if they do exist, where would a population large enough to sustain itself live.

The one place that comes to mind is the Olympic National Forest, Park and Mountain Range area. The forest itself has 628,115 acres and not many people have explored every inch of it.

As an aside, one of the stupidest retorts I've ever heard was why haven't they ever found a dead body, and the answer to that (as any avid hunter knows) is finding a dead body of any animal in the forest is extremely rare*, and the reason for that is obvious if you really think about it.

*ETA: Unless of course, it's an animal that they themselves killed.

Well I guess it started with talking with people that claimed they had a sighting or encounter, seems like they just embellished their story the more I would ask about it, the more you encouraged them the bigger the story would go.

Well, doesn't almost everyone embellish their stories about almost everything?

ETA: I'd be interested in knowing (roughly) how many people you talked to, because some of the folks I've interviewed didn't really want to talk about it, and it seemed to me that the whole thing had frightened them.

It's silly to have a so-called open mind about Bigfoot. If it existed anywhere it would have already been confirmed by now, even centuries ago. Bigfoot can't exist in Olympia because it would have already been confirmed to exist there.

You say finding remains is an extremely rare event, but that's all that is necessary. Extremely rare is still a confirmation event.

You are not using critical thinking. It's more like romanticism or wishful thinking.

Obviously you've never been to or seen the Olympic (not Olympia) Mountain range, but I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

People have been looking for Bigfoot specifically for decades, in places where they might be expected to be. Not a single one has been found.

Either Bigfoot is exceedingly clever to be able to avoid and deceive literally every effort to discover it, or Bigfoot doesn't exist. I'm open to the idea of a third possibility, but if that possibility is just that we have been unlucky so far, I don't put much stock in that.
