Yet you are the one consistently pointing out that mass shootings with only victims of color are consistently under reported and that only when the victims are white does it become a national thing.
 
My phone was pushed two "Breaking News" updates about this particular mass shooting, in case anyone wanted some ground truth about how the media is clearly ignoring and/or burying this incident.

GVA now has the Alabama mass shooting victim count up to 4 killed, 32 wounded. Imagine the utter **** show the current regime and media would make of this mass shooting if the shooter were white. Imagine the response on this board if it were a white shooter, we all know damn good and well there would've been more than two posts about it.

Fact Check: False.

I consistently point out how the media ignores mass shootings with primarily black victims when the shooter/s are black. The shooting we are currently discussing is a great example of that. If the shooter were a white nationalist, this story would've received a hell of a lot more attention than is currently getting. I know that, you know that, everybody knows that.

Not that I'm aware of. Which proves my point.

This is one of those "no suspect description given, no suspect description needed" vvents because everyone already knows. The police know, the victims themselves know and local media know but the shooter is of a "protected victim class" so we won't get any official confirmation until it can no longer be avoided.

I'm so confident the shooter is a POC, I will use an avatar of your choice for one month If I'm wrong.

What amuses amazes me is just how quickly the DAILY MAIL manages to delve into the victims' felony background when they are Black (as with those four Americans kidnapped in Mexico). It seems one of the dead, the guy called Corbin Holster, 23, has a couple of felonies under his belt - according to the sleuthing skills of the DM - one relating to illegal possession of a gun last year and then another felony nine months later. Clearly the DM is hinting heavily that he is (one of) the shooters. Another of the victims is apparently seen in a self video brandishing a gun with a pal.

Could be there was some kind of gunfight amongst two or more people at the party with 32 injured and four dead. Certainly the cops seem to be taking a long time giving an update in this other than to say there is no gunman at large.

Four people were shot and killed at a home in Bowdoin in an incident linked to a Tuesday shooting that injured three more just over an hour later on an Interstate 295 exit in Yarmouth, turning one of Maine’s busiest roads into a scene of chaos.

The highway shooting happened about 10:30 a.m. on exit 15 of the southbound side of I-295. One person was quickly detained in Yarmouth but has not yet been charged. Police scoured the area before ruling out the notion of a second suspect. There is no threat to the public, Lt. Randall Keaten of the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit told reporters on Tuesday.

Suspect is quite a piece of work. He was charged earlier with beating his 21yo girlfriend with a sledgehammer, then locking her up.

Picture provided in the other article was captioned "Courtesy of the White family", which was a little on the nose, I thought.

Too many people in the USA of every creed, colour, sex, political persuasion, whatever die every day from gun violence. It seems to matter enormously to you what colour the perpetrators and/or victims are. To most of the rest of your country and the world you are just a sick overly armed society.

None. Insufficient data. Still at the observation stage. It may be that skin color only matters to Bogative when mass shootings are considered, and in absolutely no other aspects at all. I think that is unlikely but I have been know to be wrong before.

The release of information from officials about the suspects has been gradual. Initially, police only told the public that four people died, 28 were injured and that there was no longer a threat at the crime scene. They later upped the injury count to 32, but remained quiet on potential suspects and a possible motive.

The Maine man who police say confessed to killing his parents and their two friends before going on a shooting rampage on a nearby interstate had been released from prison just days prior – when he'd been picked up by his mother.

Joseph Eaton, 34, appeared briefly in court on Thursday morning and faces four murder charges, with more charges pending. Police arrested him shortly after discovering the bodies of his parents and their friends in a home near Portland on Tuesday morning.

As police searched for Eton on Tuesday, he fled in his parents' rental car and started shooting at passing vehicles, injuring three members of an area family who were driving past.

The shooting spree stunned Mainers, and Mike Sauschuck, commissioner of Maine Public Safety, called the shootings “an attack on the soul of our state.” It's one of the worst incidents of violence in Maine history, police said.

Killed in the attack were Cynthia Eaton, 63, and her husband, David, 65, a Navy veteran, and friends Patricia and Robert Eger. The Eatons were staying with the Egans while they picked up their son from prison. Their bodies were discovered Tuesday morning by Patricia Eagan's sister who grew worried when no one answered the phone, police said.

The three people injured in the interstate shooting were Sean Halsey, 51, and his children Justin Halsey, 29, and Paige Halsey, 25. Police on Wednesday said Eaton confessed after being arrested.
