No, you can hear the engines running as the camera man walks past and looks inside.

That video of the column before the attack shows a shocking lack of training and awareness. Take out the vehicle at the front and the one at the rear and they are all trapped in a tight area.
Also, where is the Russian air cover?

No spacing between the vehicles, guns down/not at the ready, terrible situational awareness, packed in narrow street with no visibility.
They have no training on securing a position, dispersal, patrolling or conducting operations in enemy or contested territory, they got destroyed

People are sending the locations of Russian vehicles to the military to organise strikes against them!

Apparently they learned nothing from Afghanistan. The Ukrainian resistance is even better equipped and fiercer. Unless Russia unleashes a massive bombing campaign, they are getting their asses handed to them on a platter.

EU announce new sanctions

Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the bloc would, for the first time in its history, "finance the purchase and delivery of weapons and other equipment to a country that is under attack".

She also said that three new tranches of sanctions would be introduced. They are:

Banning all Russian aircraft from its airspace
Prohibition on all Russian-owned, Russian-registered, and Russian-controlled aircraft from landing, take off, or overfly of the territory of the European Union.

Banning the "Kremlin's media machine"

State-owned Russia Today and Sputnik, as well as their subsidiaries, will no longer be able to "spread their lies to justify Putin's war,"

Widening its existing sanctions to target Belarus
"Lukashenko's regime is complicit in the vicious attack against Ukraine,"

BP to offload stake in Russian oil firm Rosneft

BP is to offload its 19.75% stake in Russian state-owned oil firm Rosneft after Russia's "act of aggression in Ukraine".

The oil giant had come under pressure from the UK government to make the move since Thursday's invasion.

It has held the shareholding in the Russian company since 2013.

BP chief executive Bernard Looney has resigned "with immediate effect" from the Rosneft board, as has fellow BP-nominated director Bod Dudley.

At last report, Russia has still failed to achieve air superiority in the first place, which would seem to be rather important before getting to whether they have more targeted air support supplied and at the ready.

Yeah, he's decided to go all in Bond Super Villain mode it seems. I'd assume when they went to full nuke alert it automatically switched the U.S., NATO, France, GB, etc. to DefCon 4 as well. I'd like to know what Putins friends in China are thinking about now.

The European Union has announced it will ban Russian-state backed television channels RT and Sputnik in an unprecedented move against the Kremlin media machine.

The European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen said: “Russia Today and Sputnik, as well as their subsidiaries, will no longer be able to spread their lies to justify Putin’s war and to sow division in our union. So we are developing tools to ban their toxic and harmful disinformation in*Europe.”

The move, which was neither trailed, nor widely discussed, came as part of a package of tougher sanctions against Vladimir Putin’s government and the regime of Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko, which von der Leyen described as “complicit in this vicious attack against Ukraine”.

No doubt Russian trolls will cry about how there's no freedom of speech in Europe after this.
