It was in Andresson's contract.
There was a clause that said he could not be late, even at the risk of putting his ship in danger? Hell of a contract if he signed that.

What was? that he should disregard weather conditions and not take storm precautions?
Is that a fact or an opinion?
I defy you to show me any contract that says a ships captain should disregard weather conditions.
Obviously there is slack. Have you ever noticed how your plane invariably arrives twenty minutes earlier that the scheduled time.
The point I was making was why would he be bombing along at that speed if he was only fifteen minutes late leaving Tallinn. I am sure he would have arrived well within the parameters of his expected performance if he had slowed down considerably.
Fact.
Of course his contract would not unlawfully state he should ignore safety standards.

They were ahead of the Europa as the latter ship was taking storm precautions.
being late because of a storm would not be held against the captain of the ship. His first responsibility is the safety of his vessel.
Apparently, Vixen is unaware that different ships can travel at different speeds. And knots are what she has in her hair in the morning.
You are quite capable of discerning opinion from fact.
I never make anything up. All of my comments are sourced, unless I state 'IMV'.

It is an expert report...
Too many pages to scan...
The Braidwood link has been provided on numerous occasions.
Basically to do with levels of hardening, twinning and the presence of perlites, together with levels of sulphurs.
Because he was incompetent?
In a storm like that there was no guarantee he would even be able to get in to port when he reached his destination.
So it's not a fact, you made it up.
Then the question is: could this possibly be evidence of a conspiracy? Or is it just something that seemed weird to you the first time you heard it, so now even though it is irrelevant you will forever consider it proof that the "official story" is wrong?
If (as you have claimed many times) explosives were used in a way that ensured the ship would sink too fast for rescue, then the speed the ship was going isn't relevant to the sinking.
If, on the other hand, you're trying to suggest the conspirators took control and were running the ship too fast in order to sink it, then you're relying on the ability of some "strong waves" to sink the ship. This would mean almost everything you have been promoting in the thread about bombs, turning turtle, floating on the superstructure, etc is all irrelevant. You are agreeing with the JAIC on all important details except for why the ship was going as fast as it was.
Actually, now that I think about it, I suspect the point you're trying to make is something like this: "The JAIC didn't investigate why the ship was going so fast, which proves it was just a cover up." That's it, isn't it? But that's stupid.
Yes, you're confused. You're telling us all you have is a hardcopy of the full lab reports, which you obtained from a publisher/distributor you refuse to name. And when pressed, you refer us (once again) to the online Braidwood report, which does not contain the lab reports but merely quotes from them. And you refuse to scan or have them scanned. (Any photocopy center can can scan a document for you.)
You're stalling.
Please tell us where you obtained the full, printed lab reports that Braidwood ordered. Otherwise the conclusion based on evidence and past behavior will be that you are lying about having them.
