No it doesn’t, head tremor is not common in Parkinson’s. You may be thinking of dyskinesia caused by levodopa which can cause that kind of swaying head movement, but not always in every patient.

Just to be clear, I count myself as a progressive and this deserves little more than an eye roll. "Progressive" isn't really a correct label for those who are going after Biden on quite unreasonable grounds.

On the other hand, can we agree that the current situation is quite bad and that the Biden Administration looks like it's pretty clearly trying to make things better as fast as it can under the current circumstances?

My neighbor had a head tremor, first time I noticed it was Sat at her yard sale and my thought went to Parkinson's but I didn't want to ask her.

I see now essential tremor is more likely than Parkinson's for a head tremor.

So let's change that, you would still notice body movement in Parkinson's that would be hard to hide. Biden has no evidence of Parkinson's.
 
The major early symptoms of Parkinson's are: tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia (slow movement) and postural instability (balance problems). Biden shows none of these. Caroline13's "favorite Smart doctor" isn't so smart, just desperate and rather blind to her own intellectual dishonesty.
 
Just taking a moment to marvel at someone who mindlessly parrots anything she stumbles across which agrees with her prejudices, regardless of its provenance, describing genuine sceptics with carefully cultivated critical thinking skills as sheep.

Alternately, said "favorite Smart doctor" could be doing one of the usual right-wing tricks - confirming right wing biases for the sake of fame and making lots and lots of money off the notably biased listeners.

I think even if Biden does have dementia and/or Parkinson’s and/or senility, he is still a better choice of president than Trump is.

Biden, fast asleep and dreaming of Corvettes racing to the Crab Nebula and back for pink slips, is a better president than Trump.

My tatty old loafers with the insoles that keep flopping out would be a better president than Trump.

I think it's like Christianity, if you think you're a progressive, follow some of the ideals, and claim to be a progressive then who's to say you're not?

The new people said it was like starting from scratch, worsened by their complete lack of cooperation during the transition period. In that light, I'd suggest you lighten up on the nagging Biden about not having solved a decades (centuries?) long problem in his first couple month in office.

What decisions, measures, policies, et al. are being made/implemented?

There is room in the discussion for the how's and why's of how we got here and all that. The problem is when that part of the discussion is predominant, some people start wondering if a solution is really even wanted.

Plus it centers the discussion from the perspective of the powerful, not the powerless. It is a political hot potato, anyone the topic gets lobbed at wants engage with it only enough to get it away from them again.
