Ed Corona Virus Conspiracy Theories....

There you go! We now have two people proving that Lunar Dust is powerful! It's not cheap, of course, and that's how you know it's true!

Actually, it's three. Don't forget Buzz Aldrin.

Buzz is hoarding the last of the moon rocks. He's too powerful to fight. Ever seen Man of Steel? The ending of that is like a slap fight compared to taking on Buzz, who has been mainlining moon rocks since '69.

Your opinion quite seems to be strongly at odds with the available facts.

For example -

That link goes distinctly further in depth on the topic, either way.

Those countries' population so north of the Equator are highly Vit D deficient. I don't where so many people here have any common sense on anything.

Hey, have you ever had a lab test done on D levels in your body. Do you eat lbs of cheese, gallons of milk, lbs of leafy green veggies, Right, I didn't think so..

Your levels are LOW unless you run around in the tropics almost naked.

Have you had such a test, or do you just take the advice of some internet quack and presume? I've had some pretty complete blood tests in recent years, but I don't recall whether they tested for vitamin D. No worry, since like many here I do take a supplement as those dreaded allopathic doctors consistently recommend, so I know I'm getting somewhere around twice the recommended daily allowance not counting whatever I get from diet and sun.

Of course if the material you've linked to is accurate, it won't matter anyway, since according to the wisdom you so enthusiastically endorse, the vaccine is going to kill me. That's right, isn't it? I read it right here, thanks to you. You are going to stick with that story, aren't you, and not do a fringe reset if we survive?

There is a fair bit of Vitamin D deficiency, yes. That doesn't change that you were making extremely false statements about how much exposure to sunlight is needed to maintain healthy levels of Vitamin D. The "gallons of milk" bit is similarly false. Depending on the advisor and situation, advice ranges from 2-8 cups a day to avoid deficiency levels, much as there are a number of factors that affect such. That a large portion of the population are not getting enough intake or sunlight isn't because the requirements are onerous.

I don't where so many people here have any common sense on anything.

"Common sense" is often very wrong, especially when it's not based in verifiable fact and when it actively contradicts verifiable fact. Given how it works, "common sense" is especially vulnerable to GIGO, after all.

Well perhaps you hear correctly, why do you think so many old folks in old age homes died? Millions Vit D deficient.

Vitamin D deficiency fairly certainly is an added risk factor. As a general rule, it's not even remotely the only added risk factor for that population, though.

We have 8 BILLION people on the planet. Do you really think healthy people could only survive by eating massive amounts of fortified foods and supplements? We breed like rats for chrissakes.

We seem to keep living longer lives, too. That's not because of supplement companies, sweetheart.

Does Caroline think the southern hemisphere gets more sunlight or something?

Well, of course - it's closer to the sun isn't it? :)

Well, it is actually

The two hemispheres get almost the same amount of sunlight over the course of a year. I say almost because earth passes perihelion during the southern summer (January), but the effect is miniscule, about ±3.5%

Texas Man commits suicide from Covid and can't seem to find if from Covid or from vaccines.

Then looking further on drug blogs, here are reports on Tinnitus from the vaccines.

But reading some other drug blogs and comments from people who had the Moderna they are reporting Tinnitus, here is what one person said:

(((I also have had ringing in my ears with the first shot of Mondera, i don’t think i’m going to get the second shot, i’m afraid it will make it worse.))

((I received my second Pfizer shot in my left arm on February 19. On March 14, I developed tinnitus in my left ear. It is the first time I’ve ever had tinnitus, and it sounds like I am swimming at the bottom of my pool. My hearing is affected, and I hope that it goes away soon.))

There are more comment from people along this same line. And I have heard in the last couple days the Tinnitus issue.

Well, to be fair, if you live far from the equator, although you may get plenty of sun per year, it's not distributed very evenly, and it's quite true that supplemental vitamin D is a good idea if you live in places where winters are dark. What Caroline seems not to realize is that this is pretty common knowledge, and that it can be true without a lot of conspiratorial baggage.

What do you mean "can't seem to find?" It's right there. He had Covid. The reason you can't find anything about vaccine is because it's not there. You might wish it were, but it isn't. If he had the vaccine, the news is not contained in the article you linked to. He had Covid.

e.t.a. By the way that article is behind a paywall, though one may get a free read before it kicks in. For those not able to access it, the article concerns Kent Taylor, the CEO of the Texas Roadhouse restaurants, who got covid and apparently could not cope with the symptoms of its aftermath, including severe tinnitus, so he killed himself. I don't quite know why an anti-vaxxer and denier of the severity of Covid would post this if she'd bothered actually to read it, but I suspect there are some places we had best not try to go.

I had tinnitus after my first Pfizer shot. I had it before too. I've had it for years. Most of the time I can tune it out, but as soon as I read Caroline's post I started hearing it. Pay attention to it and you hear it, don't and you don't. So I'm not impressed with anecdotes about vaccination shots causing it. It's just as likely to be a case of post hoc ergo propter hoc.

It's a shame that guy with long Covid committed suicide as there are reports of other sufferers finding their symptoms greatly relieved after vaccination. If he'd just hung on long enough to get the shot he might have been OK.

Incidentally, if he ended up with long covid, there's a real chance that getting vaccinated might have resolved that. Not an extremely high chance, but early data collection suggesting that 27% are saying that they felt improvement isn't worth scoffing about, much as only 5% reported that they were completely back to normal.

Caroline, it it's not too personal of a question:

do you consider yourself to be religious?
And if so, what would be your faith?

feel free to ignore if you don't want to answer.

I think, these viruses are not "interested" in humans.
How well they are adapted to humans, how to deal with their immunity and
chemics and traveling patterns.
It's just random. Humans are infected by accident. They are a dead end.
it won't go back from humans to bats, where Corona could show what it
had "learned" in humans.

The reservoir is bats, where they can recombine and jump to other
(bat-) species.

you are anthropomorphizing an organism that has no intentions or interests, just a mechanism that favors replication in suitable host cells via a high mutation-rate strategy.
