I am always tempted to, on another board, start a thread titled “I just found out that Obama did X, do you think he should have been impeached.” And after the first round of “Hell, yeah,” make a post saying “sorry, I got the story wrong, it was Trump who did that.”

I just want to see if someone can backpedal while putting sugar on his porridge.

One of the things that might be difficult to prove for some of the rioters was/is intent. Proving the mens rea against this woman will be easy because this woman said and posted before, during and after the riot.

The charges first levied against her were certainly going to be added to. She seems oblivious to that. She has no idea how her privileged life is going to change now.

I think that's because the early charges were the easiest and least serious because they take the least amount of evidence. Now they are adding the more serious charges as they find more evidence.
 
Latest Trumper meme is how the evil Democrasts need troops in place to save them from the wrath of the people.
I got a sick feeling the Trumpers will try something again once the troops go home.

And, to be honest, the Anti Trump side does not exacly cover itself in glory either;they quickly descend to the same level of name calling.
