Georgia had over 16,000 more absentee ballots than they counted on election night. Just enough extra votes to put Biden in the lead by about 12,000 votes.

The Georgia Senate Committee released its report on the election irregularities and quite possibly fraudulent activity when it came to counting the votes.

They had listened to witnesses telling what they saw and other evidence that shakes people’s ability to trust the election report. They voted to rescind their certification.

"USSA News"? Seriously?! You think this is a reliable news source???! Have I got a bridge to sell you!

Also, what "subcommittee" was this? Sounds like a bunch of inebriated guys in a pub who wrote this up.

And the comment "had over 16,000 more absentee ballots than they counted on election night" suggests this "committee" had no idea how an election works, particularly in their own state. And that adds to the evidence they are a bunch of loudmouth nincompoops. And you are quoting them. Good job! LOLZ.

*snip*

I was going to ask you what that was supposed to mean, but then I noticed it was just cut and paste. ... So I expect you don't know.

This is the Chairman's report of the Election Law Study Subcommittee of the Standing Senate Judiciary Committee. That report is a summary of the testimony from the December 3, 2020 hearing.

The report gives a summary of the testimony from that hearing. It does not include any investigation into the claims made during that testimony.

This is only the report of the Chairman, Senator William Ligon. It is only signed by him. The report states, "This Report by the Subcommittee Chair has not been formally approved by the Subcommittee or the standing Judiciary Committee. It is submitted for informational purposes to be a part of the record at the request of the Judiciary Chair. It is a summary of testimony given in person and by affidavit."

It is just a report from this one Senator on what people said at the hearing.

A copy of the report is available at the Senator's website: http://www.senatorligon.com/THE_FINAL REPORT.PDF

In the U.S., as the November elections drew near, youTube, Facebook, Twitter and other companies began to implement more controls over content on the social media platforms, limiting, flagging and sometimes locking out users from their own accounts.

Conservative pundit and best-selling author Candace Owens announced just after Election Day that she would be filing a lawsuit against Facebook and fact-checkers for censoring her posts and content.

In Poland, Ziobro called out the censorship that is often aimed at those who have different ideological viewpoints.

For Bubba's benefit, I did 30 seconds of research on the Georgia election process.

Absentee and early ballots needed to arrive by 7pm on the day of the election. Due to COVID, there were a LOT of these in Georgia this election. These ballots are noit counted in advance. They are confirmed only as coming from valid voters, then stored securely prior to being counted on or after the day of the election.

On election day, in-person votes are counted immediately by voting machines. So the tallies for in-person voting get sent in first. Only after those have been counted do any absentee and early votes get counted. These counts get sent in later, sometimes days later if the processing is slow or there are delays. But it is only after ALL the votes are counted that the result is known and declared.

For Georgia, as in most states, many Democrat voters voted early or absentee so that they could ensure their votes counted. The GOP state government went out of its way to make voting as difficult as possible for certain regions and locations which just happened to be Democrat-leaning. This has been extensively documented and reported. Meanwhile, GOP leaning areas had good access to in-person voting facilities.

So the timing of the results was simply that the in-person votes, which were generally in GOP-leaning, got tallied first. So Trump got an early lead. But later, when the Democrat leaning absentee and early votes were processed, Biden's numbers surged. The end result was a narrow win to Biden.

But of course all this is known, and has been reported in detail, and the results have long been certified by a REPUBLICAN state administration. So Bubba's continued dredging up of repeated Trumpista whining about this shows deliberate ignorance...or real ignorance...or trolling.

True, which is why where there is growing sentiment to correct their abuse of the system, as Poland's legal measure corrected it, to level the field.

The new legal measure announced last week, established a special court for freedom of speech and allows internet users to file complaints against the companies if they feel their posts have been arbitrarily removed from the platforms, as many conservatives in the U.S. have alleged.

If there is no violation of Polish law, the social media companies cannot remove content or block accounts, according to the draft of the “Act for the Freedom to Express One’s Views and Obtain and Disseminate Information on the Internet.”

I think I am going to stand by my assessment nonetheless.

Things people said at an open hearing, quite a different animal than an investigative inquiry.

"USSA News"? Seriously?! You think this is a reliable news source???! Have I got a bridge to sell you!

Just for reference, because I hadn't heard of USSA News before...

Media Bias Fact Check

QUESTIONABLE SOURCE

A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, consistent promotion of propaganda/conspiracies, poor or no sourcing to credible information, a complete lack of transparency and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for the purpose of profit or influence (Learn More). Sources listed in the Questionable Category may be very untrustworthy and should be fact checked on a per article basis. Please note sources on this list are not considered fake news unless specifically written in the reasoning section for that source. See all Questionable sources.

Overall, we rate USSA News Right Biased and Questionable based on a lack of transparency, use of poor sources, and several failed fact checks.

While we're at it... Bizpac Review.

Overall, we rate Bizpac Review Right Biased based on story selection and editorial position that almost always favor the right. We also rate them Mixed for factual reporting due to use of poor sources, misleading loaded language and three failed fact checks.

The U.S. Supreme Court has been totally incompetent and weak on the massive Election Fraud that took place in the 2020 Presidential Election. We have absolute PROOF, but they don’t want to see it - No “standing”, they say. If we have corrupt elections, we have no country

Then why hasn't your ace legal team, led by Landscape Larry, presented this "absolute PROOF" in court, ever, for any of the 60+ times they have presented their case? Because they know, and you know, they would be lying, and lying in court, under oath, has consequences.

If you paid attention, it was The Georgia Senate Committee.

It wasn't any committee of the State Senate of Georgia. It was the Georgia Senate Committee.

In other words, it may very well have been some drunk guys in a pub. It was a private, non-governmental entity, that chose the name Georgia Senate Committee, not affiliated with the government of the State of Georgia, nor any subdivision thereof.

Obviously are victims of asian cult mind control.

Over 40 (Vote/election fraud) witnesses spoke to the media at Cobb Country Republican Party Headquarters in Georgia on Dec 9, 10, 13, and 14.

Nope, they weren't witnesses to election fraud, they were witnesses to things they didn't understand - in some cases, because they didn't show up to observer's briefings before the election. Because the didn't understand what they saw, they wrongly concluded that it was election fraud.

In other words, its not evidence, its just a partial court record, the content of which has already been seen.

Bubba misrepresenting things again... who'd a thought?

Maybe Facebook would have been nicer to Candace Owens if she wasn't a lying, disloyal bitch who was trying to sell out her country. Ever think of that?

It WILL fail.

Facebook is a private company, with no obligation to asshats or to allow them to spout their nonsense.

What you fail to understand Bubba is that you aren't even entitled to have an account at one of these platforms. Having a Facebook, or Twitter or Instagram or Google or Youtube account does not give you any rights with respect to it - it is a privilege afforded to you by the owners of those platforms. When you apply to have an account, you agree to the Terms of Service of that platform - those Terms of Service give them absolute editorial control over what you post.

If you don't like what these platforms do, don't have an account with them.

It's America. People can file lawsuits. Let's see where it goes.

My first guess will be it goes slightly farther than Trump's post-election lawsuits.

Good luck to Poland in enforcing their laws on Facebook, based in the USA. They will simply tell Poland to ****-off

I, for one, am happy that governments do not have any control over these platforms' Terms of Service. Its all very well having a country like Poland making laws about what businesses based in other countries can do - lets see them try to enforce those laws. Polish court rulings are unenforceable in the US, so the complainant will have to either travel to the US, or get US-based representation, in order to file any complaint. Good luck with that too!
