When he goes to Mar-a Lardass his staff may not go with him so we'll be more able to tell who is doing the tweeting.

BTW, I don't have a Twitter account; is it consistent with their terms of service to let someone else use your account?

If you use the same device Trump is logged in with, or you log in with a password, you could.

I don't think that is the question being asked.

Not whether it is possible, but if the Twitter ToS allows other parties aside from the registered account holder to post in their place.

By way of example, here on ISF that is not permitted, and aside from rare extenuating circumstances can result in the suspension or banning of the member in question.

I don't know the answer to the question, though, but considering how many Twitter accounts seemed to be managed as part of a business or celebrity staff, I suspect that Twitter doesn't care who makes the post, as long as it is (in theory) authorized by the account holder.

What does he want Pence to do? The Vice President's office has no power or really any responsibilities. The only thing Pence can do for Trump is after Trump resigns.

It’s 2020.
We all need to stop assuming that Donald J. Trump knows enough to pass a sixth-grade civics class.

And even if Trump had a full understanding of the vice-president’s responsibilities, duties, and limitations, the answer to “What dies Trump want Pence to do” is break the law and break it hard.

The real test, I think* is the first time Trump tries to "give an order" post-Biden's inaguration.

You know he's gonna try. He'll interject himself into the first political fracas that happens after he leaves office and goes on Twitter or OAN or Breitbard or whoever will have him and give "advice" to McConnell.

Whether or not McConnell "takes" that advice will be very telling.

*"Trump = Uncertainty" dutifully acknowledged here in accordance with all political discussion rules and regulations. This statement qualifies as an "I am not 100% certain" modifier under international rules and treaties.

If Twitter doesn't ban Trump the first time he steps out of line after leaving office, I'll be quite surprised.

I won't be. Trump's the best thing that's ever happened to them, there's no way they'll ban him. They'll mumble something about political relevance and continue doing juuust enough flagging and moderation that it doesn't cost them users.

Nonsense. Twitter will do just fine without Trump.

If section 230 gets repealed, they'll have to ban him if they don't want Dominion and Smartmatic to sue them into oblivion.

Roger Stone says he will sue the DOJ, Robert Mueller, John Brennan, Rod Rosenstein, Jonathan Kravis, Aaron "Fat Ass" Zelinsky and Bill Barr among others for $25m each for 'procedural misconduct' and defamation.

Also he will sue Rep. Hakeem Jeffries for 25 million defamation for alleging that he covered up misconduct by President Trump in exchange for clemency.

Also said he would sue lawyer Nick Akerman over remarks Stone said the former federal prosecutor made on CNN Wednesday night.

“This pathetic, senile piece of crap keeps insisting that I am a Russian agent, He’s accusing me of treason. That’s defamatory. Another gentleman I’ll be seeing in court.”

I for one welcome the lawsuits of >checks notes< convicted felon Roger Stone.

Yeah, this is going to work out well for him.

An interesting thought, if the incoming AG chooses to pursue these crooks and they lie to the Grand Jury, perjury is a new charge. And they can't plead the 5th.

Stone can also be held accountable for attorney's fees if he files frivolous lawsuits, or lawsuits he otherwise loses.

I'm having déjà vu:

Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign, total fabrication. The events never happened, never. All of these liars will be sued after the election is over.

New rule. Trump's 3 SCOTUS Nominees have to break out and form their own court just to deal with Trump's stupid lawsuits. Democrats get to nominate their 3 replacement.

Trump Tweets

Made many calls and had meetings at Trump International in Palm Beach, Florida. Why would politicians not want to give people $2000, rather than only $600? It wasn’t their fault, it was China. Give our people the money!

Going now to make a short speech to service members from all over the world. It is a celebration of Christmas. Video Conference - Fake News not invited!
