His emphasis is on how relatively simple it is to determine if "mailed" ballots were never folded/mailed. It is very informative.

For weeks we've been hearing complaints that mail-in ballots open the way for fraud. But now you say this guy can tell which ballots are fraudulent because they were never mailed.

Sounds like any such fraud would have been equally practicable without mail-in ballots. Good to know, the next time voter-suppressing Republicans whine about voting by mail.

I stopped paying attention right about the time he claimed to have invented the QR code.

The folllowing describes him in his own words:

Jovan Hutton Pulitzer™ Career spans 12 startups 6 EXITS - 3 IPO's - 2 Mergers - 2 Buyouts - Tenure Public Company C Suite Executive - Creation of over 1300 Jobs. Known as Father of "Scan Commerce" and "Scan To Connect" platform. His scan tech patents allow your mobile devices to zap any bar code or QCode and retrieveinformation instantly. Pulitzer's patents are part of 11 billion mobile devices. Co-Founder of MDBox creating the health care disruption know as Mobile Point of Care Platforms and Operating Systems. Board Member, Intellectual Property Collaborator and Adviser to Companies: Creator of "Scan Commerce" and "Scan To Connect" platforms and patents. University Guest Speaker, Author 300 History Books, History Channel A&E Personality, PBS Host, Former Weekly Reporter for Middle East TV for Egypt, Syria, Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. Lifelong Learner and Education Advocate.

Author of 300 history books. That's a lot of books.

And why do I suspect that although his patents are part of 11 billion mobile devices, he isn't actually getting paid royalties for the use of the patented technology?. No doubt those lying scheming fraudsters are gypping him out of what he deserves.

306 - 232.

59 - 1

A popular vote lead of 7 million plus.

Ovah!

Bubba, did your sources not tell you?

But does he have a patent on a pillow?

Oh, and there's this:

Who is Author Jovan Hutton Pulitzer?
You have seen Jovan Hutton Pulitzer on PBS, CNN, FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC or your local news channel or even featured on the History Channel's #1 Top Rated TV Series "Curse of Oak Island".

I have no real opinion on that, as I don't know the overall system well enough, but I see no reason to take advice from a guy who lies in his own introduction.

Maybe this helps...

Mailed ballots are folded, rolled, and creased, leaving evidence readable by scientific forensic analysis.

No fold, no stolen vote.

Whether or not it is checked this time, it would prevent future bogus 'mailed' ballots.

Bubba, does Jovan Hutton Pulitzer have demonstrable evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. By that I do not mean claims of how it might be done, but actual demonstrable evidence of how it was done.

If he has it, why hasn't it been brought forth in court? If he has none, who the **** cares.

Not if legit mail in ballots are unique, which I think Hutton indicated.

His interviewer mentioned an investigator already said they plan to introduce this forensic analysis asap

Ill let you know when its over.

So just the claims then, no actual verifiable, demonstrable evidence for widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election?
Check.

Ill let you know when its over.
306 - 232.

Ovah.

My uncle's neighbor's sister's cat mentioned she wanted more catnip.

So.

It appears all the “evidence” of fraud is more ways fraud might happen, but there’s no indication of.

“If they did A, then that would be fraud!”
“Any evidence that A happened?”
“Er, no. But B is a way to commit fraud!”
“So is there evidence of B?”
“Er, no. But X can detect fraud done by C!”
“So is there any evidence of C?”
“Er...”

So far, this sounds like a whole lot of “If my mother had a penis he’d be my father”

So...you'd say all never been folded mail in ballots would be legit??
OK, first step is to prove they are actually mailed-out ballot forms. Since they are the same ballots as used in polling stations, and they don't have names and thus cannot be traced to an address, how do you know they were mailed ballots at all?

Flim-flam for the idiots, Bubba. Hope you didn't send these guys money! :D

The guy is legit....Look him up. He knows the game, even though his invention CueCat eventually flopped.

You say this, but... the real problem here is that you've proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that *you* have an extremely terrible track record when it comes to determining whether a claim is legitimate or not.

Thus, you get treated like you're crying wolf when there is no wolf, because that's what you've done, over and over and over.

By the look of it, though, the argument being presented here is that "mail-in ballots" that have no evidence of having ever been folded is a good indicator that funny business is happening. Alright, for ease's sake, let's accept that for the sake of argument. That still leaves out something very, very important. How many ballots are validly and verifiably described by that scenario? If the guy actually has numbers, what is the actual basis for those numbers? If the guy doesn't have numbers, why should we pay any attention to demonstrably baseless claims that the election was stolen? I'm fine with acting to strengthen electoral integrity, but, so far, I'm not all that sold on what you're pushing.

I looked up Jovan Hutton Pulitzer. Apparently he is also known as Jeffry Jovan Philyaw, and he does indeed hold a boatload of patents.

I don't see any evidence that he actually invents anything, mind you, but he holds a lot of patents. As a lot of you know, you don't actually have to have an invention in order to patent something. As best I can tell this dude is one of those scoundrels that files as many patent applications as he can on things which someone else might actually be in the process of inventing, for real, in the hopes of suing them for patent infringement and soaking them for royalties.

I have no idea if he's successful at it, i.e. whether he's filthy rich or just scraping by.

Here's a link to one of his patents: https://patents.google.com/patent/US8296440B2/en?inventor=Jeffry+Jovan+Philyaw

By clicking on the link there, you can find a whole lot of patents by the same "inventor".

As for his 300 history books, the ones available on Amazon are mostly treasure hunting manuals. One for every state. Apparently there's lost gold in Wisconsin. (And every other state). I'm guessing the gold is hidden underneath discarded Trump ballots. What I'm fairly certain of is that no one who has shelled out 8 bucks for one of his "history books" has ever found buried treasure.

He sound like a . . . oh what's that term? Oh yeah, grifter.

Author of 300 history books and in a bio of his own words there is random capitalization, lack of use of a space bar and at least three distinct jobs.
Reporter, tv presenter, prolific author all on top of some pretty amazing breakthrough inventions in electronics involving bar codes and related tech.

Spell check comes installed on many devices and would have been useful to his credibility. As would proof reading.
But that work on the Oak Island series is the icing on the cake of a very busy life's work.

Bubba, why are your sources, your whistleblowers (snicker), heroes, investigators, etc., so pathetic, grifty, just plain wrong, and as in the case of Q, nonexistent?

He did not invent the QR Code, but apparently he did invent the CueCat. At least, Wikipedia says he did.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CueCat

A commercial failure on a grand scale, but I note that there were millions of dollars invested in it. I'm guessing he managed to walk away with some of those, and he ended up considerably more wealthy than, for example, me, leaving investors holding the bag. That makes him a perfect spokesman for Trump.

Bubba, this is the sort of scumbag you are following. Just do me a favor, if he asks for money to help expose the fraud, please don't send him any. I don't really care about the fools in "a fool and his money are soon parted", but it only encourages other grifters to do the same.
