I blew it for the second time today. The Georgia recount has not yet been completed. 140 of 159 counties are finished. There is a deadline of 12:00PM to have this completed. I have no idea what happens if they don't finish before it.

They'll have to do-over the entire election for the whole country. Anything else would be a violation of the Constitution.

Just ask any Trump supporter.

Not sure about that.

But it does sound like a Trump lawyer. It seems like every case they file they are asking for ridiculous remedies.
 
Jesus Christ, did anyone see the absolutely unhinged Sydney Powell/Lin Wood press conference? I don't want to link to the nasty right wing sites, but holy **** was it nuts. Wood was especially whacko, threatening GA election officials, Governor, Lt. Governor, et al. Then "Lock Em Up" chants and of course "USA . . . USA . . . USA."

Well, isn't that just the perfect follow up to the utterly stellar performance in the Wisconsin court?

Wouldn't want to dwell on a few minor clerical errors after all.

That was better than they did in court. They were absolutely eviscerated in both Georgia and Wisconsin today.

Executive Oder 13848 is for economic sanctions against a foreign state that interferes in the US election.

The US Democrats are not a foreign state and they don't import anything that can be sanctioned.

I don't necessarily agree with that. For instance, if the CIC, the Pentagon, the post general, the colonel in charge of the brigade all are giving you orders to go to DC, maybe a lot of guys, who aren't necessarily news junkies, go to DC because they don't know what else to do?

Certainly not as cut and dry as shooting a civilian in a war zone, which plenty of guys have done that in the past anyway.

Don't vote in Senate Election
Sidney Powell ( on the same day) : "“I would encourage all Georgians to make it known that you will not vote at all until your vote is secure. I mean that regardless of party. We can’t live in a free republic unless we know our votes are legal and secure.”

To poke at this a little, if I recall correctly, certain Trump Administration officials were pretty much calling Washington D.C. and Portland war zones in their rhetoric when they used federal agents to attack unarmed protestors.

It can't legally be done. Trump can declare martial law, but there is NO provision for suspending the Constituion and having a new election in the COnstituon or law. None.
I would go beyond sedition and call what Flynn proposes "Treason" as blatent and clear as Bebnedict Arnold trying to sell West Point to the British.
