I’m pretty sure that if Trump tries that in my state there would be recall petitions circulating before the legislators/canvassers got off the plane to meet with Trump. And organizers might throw the governor for good measure.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office said Friday that he hasn't yet certified the results of the presidential election, one hour after issuing a press release announcing it was complete.
Raffensperger's office then issued a press release at 12:26 p.m., saying, "The Georgia Secretary of State Office today certified the results for the November 3, 2020 General Election." But it sent a "correction" at 1:06 p.m. saying, "Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger today will certify the results for the November 3, 2020 General Election."

And why would the whistleblower be "Dominion or Smartmatic"? You realize that they are competing companies, right?

Remember, this lying whore said the Dominion vote tabulators flipped votes from Biden to Trump.

1. Yet Powell only makes this claim in press conferences and hasn't once claimed it in a court of law where she would face perjury charges for lying.

2. If there was this great conspiracy, why didn't they flip other races?

3. Most importantly, Georgia just completed a one by one hand count of all the ballots in the State And the hand count led to basically the same result as the Dominion tabulators. What differences there were was the result of human errors.

Seriously, at what point do you acknowledge that this bitch is conning you?

Maybe Raffensperger is still working on the extortion/bribery suit he intends to file as soon as the Trump campaign offers something of value.
 
Another loss for the GOP in court, in Nevada. This time it wasn't about Trump, but a congressional seat. Guy lost big time and is suing Clark county.

Didn't even come close to succeeding, lots of failures. They were asking for a re-vote, but only in one county. The district covers 7 counties. They sued under the wrong law. They claimed that electronic voter signature match is illegal, but the Nevada supreme court explicitly said it was ok a few years ago.

The best part: their evidence of "voter improprieties" - a stack of news articles.

No surprise, the judge denied their motion to have a new election.

They didn't bother checking on any of the rumors.

My guess is this is PR or it's simply the process in Georgia. Raffensperger is getting national attention for what we normally view as a rote exercise. He might be milking that a little. They are likely preparing a very well thought out statement that thoroughly explains why the results are accurate. SoS Raffensperger has said many times that Biden definitively won. I haven't seen a moment's hesitation on his part. I would bet you 50K that Georgia will certify the election for Biden before the deadline which is today.
