The Biden/Harris campaign will go down in history as the oddest anomaly imaginable. These two have literally hidden from the press and the American people for the entire campaign. Aside from massive mail fraud how could they expect to be elected, if they are completely invisible?

He should really be worried about his hero Trump then, since the orange man is getting pounded in the polls by an invisible opponent.

I just saw something that blew my mind. I was just driving in an area in Northwest WA close to the Canadian border There was this really nice house on the beach. The house had a Trump flag on one side of the house and a Biden sign on the other.

My sister hates Trump and her husband is voting for him. Discussing politics is verboten in their house.

Trump wold have been dropped from any self respecting High School or College Debate team a long time ago.
Trump campiagn says Trump is going to bring up Hunter Biden as his main topic in the debate. Could not think of a dumber strategy.

He's stuck in 2016. Then, HRC's emails played a major role in the campaign. Now he "thinks" the way to repeat that success is to find some more emails that he can smear someone with. What is dumb icing on the cake is the way right wing media are going full throttle on what is essentially a hoax. I find the whole thing quite depressing ... how are we ever gong to get back to useful politics?

He needs to win back some of the AARP demographic who he's scared away with his "Screw just die to save the economy" plan for COVID, and he knows that old people's innate fear of computers is a good way of doing it.

Also there's zero chance his supporters are going to understand computer forensics enough to be convinced there's nothing on those drives and/or they can't be traced back to Hunter.

Also none of this matters because Hunter Biden isn't running for office.

And most people see right through it. They saw that the HRC email stuff turned out to be a scam, and that this is just a desperate attempt to do that again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, we won't be fooled again...

I've heard it suggested in British elections that you should put a poster for each of the major parties in a window of your house. This way, canvassers will not bother you with housecalls, assuming that this is a household that will obligingly cancel itself out at the ballot box.

What’s the deal with Trump trying to run in California?

I can usually understand weird people. I can usually understand what Trump is trying to say or do, in the same way I could understand what Charles Manson would say and do. It might look like nonsense, but I can get the thought process. It might be crazy, but not crazy in the way many people think.

But this one has me stumped.

Is it a weird bid to get donations from wealthy California Republicans?

Did Newsom tell him that if he approved disaster relief Californians would be so grateful that they would vote for him?

Does he think that California is so bad off that he can appeal to them as a savior?

Is a gambit to increase his popular vote so that when he loses the popular vote isn’t too bad and he can justify his ego as doing better than any incumbent during a pandemic could ever do?

Did someone show him an interactive electoral map and he figured out that switching California to red would make him a sure thing, so he’s going with that?

Is he setting up California as a swing state so that when he loses, he can claim that the election in all those actual swing states must be rigged?

The smart answer to all those questions is “Yes” but my Magic 8 Ball is saying “Hazy, Ask Again Later”.

That story shouldn't have had traction, but it did.
I was listening to some right wing yappers tonight (Jay Sekulow show(sp?)), and they were playing the laptop story in a really big way. I hope it's just their desperation "Hail, Mary" call at the last minute. There's two weeks to go. We'll see what comes of it. It seems like a nothingburger to me, but.....
