It's been a while, so I don't remember if it was Trump himself or one of his flunkies who said that people suffering financial hardship could just borrow money from their families. I think it was a flunky.

Someone pointed out, thought, that while the president in Idiocracy was stupid, even he ultimately asked an actual expert for help. Considering the people Trump surrounds himself with, he might as well ask advice from a potted plant.

As I've pointed out before, there is no secret plan out there that accomplishes the goals set forth. There are plans out there that have been discussed, but it is all in the open.

You want to cover as many as you can for as cheap as you can and to do it as well as possible, it's going to be something government run. That's the only way to do it - you have to get rid of the profit motive.

#1 - I've got a guy.
#2 - He's really smart.
#3 - He will solve the problem.

#8 Deny the problem is still a problem
#9 Give himself an A++DoublePlusGood mark for how he handled the problem

Maybe we should start a poll... Who is the better president. Comancho or Trump.

Camacho in a landslide. He at least never had the chance to not be an idiot - he was on the tail end of hundreds of years of breeding and social conditioning that promoted stupidity and ignorance over intelligence and learning. Trump has no such excuse. He's stupid because he's lazy, and squandered the huge opportunities he had on account of being born into wealth.

And even then, Camacho outshined Trump when it really mattered.

That's Trump though. On the rare occassion he actually claims to have a "plan" the plan is never anymore complicated than "Just do it."

Trump is one of those people who honestly think the reason a problem exists is because there's some obvious "from the gut, common sense" solution that all the smarties are thinking about it too much to see because he's an idiot who understands the problem on a surface level at best.

Trump has a health care plan, in his mind, missing all the details.

It will be better than anything ever seen in history.
It will be cheaper than people are paying now, people will be amazed at how cheap it is.
All pre-existing conditions will be included.

Donald Trump calls Pope Francis “disgraceful” after he says Trump is not a Christian.

Even funnier, from the same Twitter feed, a Fox News contributor states that Pope Francis needs to ask Trump’s forgiveness for implying Trump is not a Christian.

Unlike the pope, I would consider Trump very christian: Needlessly cruel, greedy, petty, exclusionary and wanton.

But then again, I tend to judge christianity by its major adherents actions, not a cherry picked slice of its holy books words.

Obama has a plan to get Trump out of the WH if he loses the election:

“This is a man who enjoys watching television,” Obama told reporters. “What if, on Inauguration Day, he picks up the remote and nothing comes on?”

Obama also said that, in order to avoid a constitutional crisis, the White House’s supply of Diet Coke could also be cut off, but added, “I don’t think it will come to that.”
