Six to one odds Trump will use it as an opportunity to praise the Confederacy.

It is a near certainty he will praise the soldier and generals, probably the politicians and the businessmen (plantation owners), and their fight for freedom from tyranny, but he would never praise the slaves . . . I mean slavery.

I hope they pick Gettysburg. I hope there is a massive thunderstorm with wild, near constant lightening. Which hits the teleprompters .... and microphone ... and ....

No, wait, the Secret Service might read this so I'll just leave it at that. :)
Trump&Co's dog whistles must be hot in their hands from overuse by now :covereyes .

Good people on both sides.

He might praise slavery. Cause that's how we roll at the Country Club

Trump giving a speech at Gettysburg is simply an obscenity. It's the place where the Union was saved from collapse and ensured the end the end of slavery. It's also the place where Lincoln began the long process of healing the nation. The notion is profane in its absurdity.
Thank you.

"In this halloween... hallowed place, the fathers of the confederacy, brave soldiers and patriots, won a great victory at the very oranges of our country. Many say that the war was about states' rights. It's true. And they won against the democrats and fake news, as we are winning today. Much winning. More winning than... anyone has ever seen. (drinks from glass with two hands) And they abolished the insitut... the institushon of slavery. And thanks to their efforts, black people today can freely tell me 'sir, sir! We want to vote for you!' So true. And back then, people knew their place, and we'll make sure they know again. God blesh the unitedshtatshovamerrbll...."

Way too coherent for Trump as of August 2020.

John Bolton, one of the dumbest people I’ve met in government and sadly, I’ve met plenty, states often that I respected, and even trusted, Vladimir Putin of Russia more than those in our Intelligence Agencies. While of course that is not true, if the first people you met from....

..so called American Intelligence were Dirty Cops who have now proven to be sleazebags at the highest level like James Comey, proven liar James Clapper, & perhaps the lowest of them all, Wacko John Brennan who headed the CIA, you could perhaps understand my reluctance to embrace!

His propaganda mission never stops. It's unfortunate how many people (including himself) believe it.

Big Stock Market Numbers!

More Testing, which is a good thing (we have the most in the world), equals more Cases, which is Fake News Gold. They use Cases to demean the incredible job being done by the great men & women of the U.S. fighting the China Plague!

"And we were neck deep in the big muddy and the big fool said to push on."

...and you hired them, Donnie.

And Bolton worked there "as the National Security Advisor to President Donald Trump from April 2018 to September 2019" according to Wiki. So 18 months. You'd think he would have fired him sooner.

They started courting Bolton in 2016. You'd think after all the private discussions, Trump would have picked up on the whole stupid thing a bit earlier.
