One thing he and his cultists can do and are doing is sabotage a fair election by suppressing turnout in the swing states. Closing polling stations in Democratic neighborhoods, cancelling registrations, reducing early voting, impeding voting by mail, etc., etc. all help Trump. Trump himself said if everybody voted, Repubs would never win another election.

That may be possible in Florida, but pretty much impossible in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Michigan and I have doubts that can be pulled off in Wisconsin and Arizona.
I can't speak to the other states you mention, but I can assure you that it can, has, and probably will continue to be in North Carolina. To a large degree the location, hours, and number of polling places and the validation of absentee ballot applications and submissions are handled independently by each separate county Board of Elections.
Some do well by the voters, some do okay, and more than a few have committed outright ... but perfectly
legal ... voter suppression by nearly all the methods you mention. Which counties do which depends almost exclusively on the political allegiances of that county's BoE. Not, as one might expect, by the party balance of that county.

do get to vote.
Thanks to gerrymandering, statewide there were more votes cast for Democrats than Repugnicans in 2018, but the Repugnicans continue to have majorities in both chambers of the state legislature.
The same was true for the U.S. Congressional House seats.
And it appears that Pennsylvania and Michigan suffer from the same sort of imbalance. Popular vote favors Dems, but Repugnicans manage to keep legislative majorities.
And then laws get passed which favor Repugnicans in elections.
Little respect for the fundamentals of representative government.
