For clarity, this was a civil suit, not a legal ruling. And it shouldn't be surprising that raw intelligence - none of which was proven - that even Steele said would contain inaccurate information could be found to contain unproven and inaccurate information.
Clarity is not important. The indelible memory of evidence for the Russia hoax is.
But I agree and was going to point out something similar: nothing was disproven (was it?), but some of it being unproven has never been in question.
