Financed by stealing money from the military, the Republican controlled congress having been unable to pass legislation to fund it even before the 2018 elections.
And, of course, not financed by Mexico.
The next wall will be on the US-Canada border. On their side, to keep us out.

A little bit more information has come out...

The White House on Monday admitted that President Donald Trump was involved in the removal of US Attorney Geoffrey Berman after Trump had claimed he was "not involved" in the process this weekend.

So first Barr said "Berman is resigning". Berman said "No I'm not".
Then Barr said "Trump is firing you", and Trump said "I take no responsibility".

Then we find out that Trump was lying. So Barr was getting thrown under the bus.

Interesting that Trump expresses so much admiration for Andrew Jackson. In reading a bit on Andrew Jackson’s administration it seems that history is indeed repeating itself.

After forcing the resignation of the majority of his cabinet in the Petticoat Affair and besmirching their character, Jackson finagled Congress to get Taney appointed to AG to finally defeat the National Bank and dole out favors and contracts to his “pet banks.”

Though failing in his first attempt to get Taney appointed to the Supreme Court, he was successful getting him appointed to Chief Justice after the death of Marshall. Widely considered a political hack appointed to carry water for the pro-slavery, anti-Federalist and pro-Jackson forces. Taney went on to author some of the worst decisions in court history, including Prigg and Strader in which states are forced to comply with other states and federal Fugitive Slave Laws), and the worst court decision in American history, Dred Scott (in which it was ruled that freed slaves retained no rights as citizens, and that the Missouri Compromise was unconstitutional because the federal government had no authority over states right to keep people enslaved.) He served on the court for 28 years, the second longest tenure in history.

One wonders what barbarity can happen when Barr is elevated to SCOTUS.

Stock futures pared steep declines and turned positive after White House trade adviser Peter Navarro said during a Fox News interview that any trade deal with China was “over,” but then walked back the remark and clarified that the Phase 1 trade deal “continues in place” in subsequent statements to the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg News.

President Donald Trump added in a Twitter post Monday evening that the China trade deal “is fully intact” .

I don't know quite what to make of this one. It's not as strong as earlier efforts IMO. A concerned-sounding narrator laying out how he's deteriorating mentally and/or physically? Don't know who it will sway.

Wanda Sykes had a great bit on Trump walking on the AF1 with toilet paper stuck to his shoe - she says, she'd tell her worst enemy that dude, you've got toilet paper stuck to your shoe. Imagine, she said, the Secret Service or personal aides or military members thinking, "Should we give him a heads up?" And the thinking, "Nah ... **** him."

I think their other ads have been stronger. Like, the scary one about his dystopian vision for America, or the one where he's clearly signaling his callous disregard for the real people who are worried about the coronavirus pandemic.

They look damning to me, but I don't know if these spots will change anyone's minds. I've given up making predictions where he's concerned.

The China Trade Deal is fully intact. Hopefully they will continue to live up to the terms of the Agreement!

I brought back Cars & Jobs. Will do it again for Michigan, & everywhere else!!!
