The Trump Campaign is sitting on a war chest of more than a quarter billion $.
If some kids on the internet can derail, I see no chance for Trump in November.
 
According to "White House sources", the main point of the Rally was to cheer up Trump.
Not sure the half-empty hall managed to do that.

Yes, but there was a second point: to get the message out to voters.

And he succeeded. He explained BOTH the ramp and the glass of water.

What was it? Ten or twelve minutes for each?

“How about this. The president is giving a televised speech in front of several thousand people. The crowd anxiously watches, the President talks about how good he is a drinking water, he drinks a glass of water using only one hand, and the crowd cheers.”

I don’t think anyone in the room would say, “No. That’s not stupid enough to use in this movie.”

After 4 years you are still assuming that the facts are as the Trump camp says they are? ;) The simplest explanation is that there weren’t a million enquiries.

Didn't we see that a long time ago? His presidency literally started with a ridiculous lie, and here we are again.

I can actually see some jokes about the COvid Pandemic..black humor is a perfectly good
way of coping....but your jokes should clealry be jokes, and they should be funny. If Trump was attempitng a joke, he failed miserably at both.
 
Okay, I searched the transcript for "glass" and got this stream of consciousness:

Which is why I bet he was furious when somebody told him about Pink;s "Hell I sold that place out in five minutes" tweet.
 
Also, I looked at the transcript time stamps, and yes, he did indeed rant about the ramp and the glass of water for 10 freaking minutes. He must be the most insecure person on the planet.
 
At first, I thought it was ridiculous that the crowd actually cheered because he can drink with one hand. But then I realised, this is his greatest accomplishment as president in 3 years!
