I’m not seeing anything that I haven’t seen before. And actually, I thought his reading was better than his average speech reading.

It is most likely stress combined with his other mental issues. Some things can get through his bubble. Not much, but enough.

Why is it concerning?

Best case scenario, it is a sign of serious health issues for Trump, which could either mean death or an inability to either campaign or function as president. Both of which would be good.

Worst case scenario, it is nothing significant (maybe he noticed a smudge on the glass or something like that) and we are no better or worse off than before.

Now if it were a decent human (Biden, Pelosi, etc.) Then I would be concerned.

I beg to differ. I think there's a credible argument that a Competent President Torquemada replacing Dotard President Pussygrabber, would put the nation on a fast train to Gilead.
