Trump is mad that Governor Cuomo was one of several Governors who refused to send their National Guard troops into DC to protect his trembling corpulence.


Democratic governors in Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware turned down requests from Defense Secretary Mark Esper to offer National Guard troops to help with security in Washington, DC.

Could you parse that last quote for me? What do the Governors have to do with Washington DC?

ETA: NVM, I think I have it now. The word "offer" should be "send" to be clearer.

I notice that Trump can't just be Evangelical, he has to be the most Evangelical President ever, but ask him what he understands by the word "evangelical" and he'll look at you struck for a moment before mumbling "great people".
