Antifa has been engaging in terrorism and seditious conspiracy for years. But FBI and DOJ were too busy to care much, their leadership engaging in their own seditious conspiracy against the presidency @RealDonaldTrump. Glad to see that AG Barr is beginning to get back to basics.

The guy was charging people with, of all things, a sword.

There's no evidence to suggest the people in the video belonged to the now favoured bogeyman of "Antifa".

Not entirely true. The man is in stable condition and the Antifa allegation is unfounded. I doubt it's an accident that Kendall accused Antifa of being involve considering Trump's tweets.
The man confronted protesters while holding the machete and then was assaulted, authorities said.

Elijah Shaffer, who captured video of the attack, said the man was wildly waiving the machete and screaming at protestors.

It's not so hard to say 'We are with protesters, BUT not with the looters'. Most people are either 'looting is bad, also protesters, also black' or 'black are good, protesters are good, and police started it anyway'.
Actually Trump is one of the few who explicitly makes the difference between protesters and looters, and he even goes extra step to blame looting on Antifa, which is certainly not black organization. Sure, he has his own reasons. He doesn't want people to think racial issues got out of hand, it's Antifa who got out of hand. And he wants to look strong without antagonizing black voters (however few he might have). But he makes the distinction.

80% of the RIOTERS in Minneapolis last night were from OUT OF STATE. They are harming businesses (especially African American small businesses), homes, and the community of good, hardworking Minneapolis residents who want peace, equality, and to provide for their families.

Crossing State lines to incite violence is a FEDERAL CRIME! Liberal Governors and Mayors must get MUCH tougher or the Federal Government will step in and do what has to be done, and that includes using the unlimited power of our Military and many arrests. Thank you!
