As far as I know, it wouldn't be entirely unprecedented to pointedly hide that an incapacitated President isn't available. As long as they didn't try to forge his signature on any potential laws and maybe do nominations, they could probably hide it without a problem. Still, the Secret Service are very likely not people to rely on to be whistle blowers.

Still, I would hesitate at claiming that the Republicans have the power to completely hide both Trump and Pence being incapacitated at present, though yes, if they thought that they could get away with it, I wouldn't be surprised if they tried.

Dallas Judge Eric Moyé should be voted out of office November 3rd. Jailing a mother for keeping her salon open to feed her children is an outrageous abuse of judicial power. Demanding she apologize for “being selfish” is absurd. The order to close salons was illegal. Dumb judge.
