CNN is a part of the problem and they should be sued for spreading lies and propaganda!

General Flynn, Kavanaugh, Nicholas Sandmann- liberal journos are willing to set these people up with lies and then pounce on them like hyenas with no regard for the lives and families they ruin Do you ever see the journos apologize?
They have neither introspection nor honor

Hey Joe, last year US emissions dropped by 2.1% largely because of Republican-led efforts to deregulate natural gas, a cleaner burning fuel.
Last week, Democrats actually demanded a moratorium on building gas pipelines.
I suppose y’all prefer importing dirty fuel from Russia?

If you care about liberty, freedom, or corruption at the highest levels of the government, you have to care about Gen. Flynn’s story. The fact that FBI/DOJ leadership conspired against an American hero is unbelievable.

Devastating flashback clip of Comey just aired on @marthamaccallum show.
When asked who went around the protocol of going through the WH Counsel’s office and instead decided to send the FBI agents into White House for the Flynn perjury trap, Comey smugly responds “I sent them.”

#FLYNN docs just unsealed, including handwritten notes 1/24/2017 day of Flynn FBI interview. Transcript: “What is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?” Read transcript notes, copy original just filed. @CBSNews

What did FBI Director Christopher Wray know and when? And why has he been covering for these scum bags?

The Flynn documents are out. One line is as significant as it is shocking. Indeed, for those who have long seen a concerted effort to target the Trump Administration, the record fragment will read like a deep sea scroll of a deep state conspiracy.

Does anybody really believe that Roger Stone, a man whose house was raided early in the morning by 29 gun toting FBI Agents (with Fake News @CNN closely in toe), was treated fairly. How about the jury forewoman with her unannounced hatred & bias. Same scammers as General Flynn!

I think someone replaced The PDJT's Diet Coke with Jolt this morning. ("All the sugar and twice the caffeine!")

I could see making the mistake with "toe the line", but not with "in tow." Once in a while I have a rare glimmer that he's doing this on purpose, or is just careless with his texting (we know he doesn't use AutoCorrect), then something like this shows up and I think "Yeah, he really is that stupid."

I'm not sure I want to see the memes being created for this one.

Trump wants to bait democrats into re-litigating the whole Russia probe.

They probably figure that will shore up the polling that has them scared witless.

Is anyone else weirded out by his apparent obsession with the FBI agents carrying guns?

I mean, American law enforcement personnel carry firearms as a matter of routine. Normally the "law and order" Republicans consider this to be a good thing. In fact, with their love affair with the second amendment, they'd likely be happy if everyone else in the country started carrying as a matter of routine.

So why does he harp on them being "gun toting agents" all the time? Did anyone really expect them to leave the guns at home this one time?

We should start using this ourselves, whenever police are mentioned anywhere. "Gun toting agents of the police stopped to buy donuts!" "Gun toting agents of the police agree to play charity baseball game against firefighters!" "Gun toting agents of the police want kids to say no to drugs!"

ETA: changed to "toting". It's slightly more ridiculous that way.

It's a variation of Wayne LaPierre's "jack-booted thugs" label he threw at the FBI after Waco.

Yep.
And it is quite possible that he has been making this mistake for the past 60 years and no one wanted to be the person who corrected him.

I’m not a fan of Trump, but I have to give credit where credit is due.

For far too long, old rich white guys have been persecuted by law enforcement in this country.

It’s about time someone did something about it.

Just had to correct that.

Yeah, they wanted to get Flynn fired...because he was a ******* security risk! Counterintelligence is literally one of the FBI's primary responsibilities. And Trump was warned more than once about Flynn being a potential liability - including, IIRC, by Flynn himself - so, you know, tough ****.

My former BIL was in the FBI. We talked about this issue. They are required to carry their guns with them while on duty. When off duty, they are not required to carry their guns, but if something were to happen, they would be required to respond and if they needed their gun but didn't have it, they would be in serious trouble. So he carried his gun with him everywhere.

Speaking of 538, the graph is still descending. It seems to be consistent with this steady "pulse" of rise and fall, with the graph overall hovering at 52-54%-ish, and trending ever so slightly upward, so we'll see if it levels out or continues to fall.

(Also I see that consulting the graph on my wide desktop computer screen, and my narrow smart phone screen, produces very different effects. The graph looks way steeper on my cell phone :p ) .

I would say that another example of this is trump’s tendency to use “like a dog“ as some type of negative. Fired like a dog, kicked off the network like a dog, etc. It’s completely tone deaf. People love dogs; many treat them better than humans. Witness the poplar reaction to Michael Vick’ dogfighting etc.

He seems to forget that he gave a Presidential Medal to a dog. (No, I'm not talking about Limbaugh. I mean, a real dog.)

But at least that imagery isn't a direct contradiction of their usual love for guns.

I mean, how many people in society could even define what a "jackboot" is, let alone know anyone who owns or uses them regularly? I don't think I've ever heard the term "jackboot" being used outside of the the very phrase you quote.

But guns? They're everywhere in the US! They give them to kids, for god's sake!

It just seems a particularly weird way for him to obsess.
