Once we OPEN UP OUR GREAT COUNTRY, and it will be sooner rather than later, the horror of the Invisible Enemy, except for those that sadly lost a family member or friend, must be quickly forgotten. Our Economy will BOOM, perhaps like never before!!!
Not merely safe. "Incredibly" safe. That's so demented that it's mind boggling. And thats not easy to accomplish these days.To poke elsewhere, because Wisconsin...
Patriotic and terrible at the same time. May the Wisconsin Republicans and the Supreme Court receive harsh judgement for their crime here.
Oh, and for the absurdity of it...
...It's a real life "Nothing to see here" moment, because the movie fiction ones weren't enough for us.
I think that maybe you missed the sarcasm that seemed really obvious after including the part after what you highlighted.
The court that decided in-person voting is fine reached that decision after a virtual hearing. To poke elsewhere, because Wisconsin...

This pandemic revealed the exact kind of attack that can cripple America for months, if not years. No you moron, that's exactly what we shouldn't do. This was a wake-up call and one that should never be forgotten, especially as it exposed a clear lack of preparedness by nearly every country.
Quickly forgotten? You're not very good at this, Mr. President.

Republicans should fight very hard when it comes to state wide mail-in voting. Democrats are clamoring for it. Tremendous potential for voter fraud, and for whatever reason, doesn’t work out well for Republicans.

“You voted by mail in Florida’s election last month, didn’t you?” the reporter asked.
“Sure,” the president replied. “I can vote by mail.”
“How do you reconcile with that?”
“Because I’m allowed to,” Trump said.
I really want to hear some of our local Trump apologists defend this.

Both are stupid arguments. I think taxes ought to be higher. However, I'm not going to voluntarily send in a check.
Trump voted by mail because it's the most convenient way for him to vote. It's allowed.
I'll defend it.
He's allowed to. What's to defend?
I often hear all sorts of variations of:
Politician: X should not be allowed!
Critic: But you did X. How can you defend that?
A variation is:
Politician: X ought to be required.
Critic: But you didn't do X, and you could have.

In my personal opinion, it's a perfectly good way to vote, but that's not even relevant, nor is Donald Trump's view of whether or not it ought to allowed relevant. What I do and what I think ought to be legal are not, generally, related.
If I were to say, "It is morally wrong to do X", and then I do X, that's somewhat hypocritical, but that's not the case for this argument, or for many, many, similar arguments.
They’re all hiding out in the Biden thread.
