You heard\saw it too? My god what a pathetic human Trump is that he needs the constant stroking of his ego. Every person that went up there started with "Thank you Mr. President, and today I'd like to say that Trump has done a perfect job, everyone is saying that, by the way a bunch of more people are infected and some more have died. All hail Trump!"

What a terrible leader. It's precisely in these times that he needs to bite his tongue and say the right thing, and even now he can't do that. His supporters should be ashamed of themselves, since he doesn't understand the concept himself.

Trump's problem is that he thinks he's the employer when he's the employee, and that the company's product is praise for the CEO.

Thing is, there was nothing nasty or sensational about that question. It was a reflexive "**** you" from Trump with his usual buzzwords. It was a completely reasonable question, if one with an ulterior motive.

in the long run I don’t think it had much of an effect on “flattening the curve”, just delaying it.

I sincerely hope that the lives and wellbeing of you are your loved ones are not put at risk due to the misinformation, falsehoods, and general attempts to downplay this threat that have come out of the Trump administration.
