By the way has anyone opened up a Covfefe shop yet or sold a brand of coffee with that name? Because if not... what we are we even doing as a civilization?

In all honesty I expect he just doesn’t want to pay for it, and a lot of municipalities are probably demanding money up front given his long track record of not paying the bills. Plus it makes the room look stuffed.

There is much talk that certain Democrats are going to be voting with Republicans on the Impeachment Hoax, so that the Senate can get back to the business of taking care of the American people. Sorry, but Cryin’ Chuck Schumer will never let that happen!

On the Iraq War Resolution being voted on tomorrow in the House of Represenatives, we are down to 5000 soldiers, and going down, and I want everyone, Republican and Democrat, to vote their HEART!

For a guy who couldn’t get approved for the Ambassador to the U.N. years ago, couldn’t get approved for anything since, “begged” me for a non Senate approved job, which I gave him despite many saying “Don’t do it, sir,” takes the job, mistakenly says “Libyan Model” on T.V., and..

....many more mistakes of judgement, gets fired because frankly, if I listened to him, we would be in World War Six by now, and goes out and IMMEDIATELY writes a nasty & untrue book. All Classified National Security. Who would do this?

Why didn’t John Bolton complain about this “nonsense” a long time ago, when he was very publicly terminated. He said, not that it matters, NOTHING!

Remember the days when if someone had even suggested that even the worst politician from your most hated party would use this kind of gradeschool taunting language it would have been dismissed as over the topic strawmanning hyperbole?

Goddamn Nixon spoke more adult-like in regards to people he was literally considering putting hits out on.

Except of course it wasn't a transcript. It was a sort of summary of the phone conversation. I think it says right on the document "Not a transcript".

I assume people here recognize that as yet another lie.

Bolton complained at the time (during the summer of 2019) that Giuliani's actions in the Ukraine were a "Hand grenade". He also red-flagged the issue with national security council.

- Try to make public statements -> get threatened
- Try to handle problems internally -> get ignored, and then told "you should have raised the issue sooner"

I'd be very surprised. The sort of person who would talk about a Second Amendment solution is also the sort of person who would wholeheartedly approve of Eddie Gallagher's actions, both the original war crime and the outing of his "persecutors".

Because it might not be classified information.
Only think that could get him in trouble is duty status, and that depends on what he says. Rest is pretty much public information.
I think the guy is a total Alpha Hotel for doing this...and I suspect he won't be showing up at any SEAL reunions after this stunt....but he seems smart enough to keep within the law.
 
I was not that interested in reading Bolton's book, but now I sure as hell will buy a copy......just to give a finger to Trump and his attemts to abridge the most basic right in a democracy, the right without other rights cannot exist..freedom of speech.
I am violently opposed to ANY attempt to abridge Freedom of Speech...and if necessary take the "term" violently literary. If taking away freedom of speech is not ground for taking up arms against an oppressive govement. what the hell is?

I can't answer that question because I have no idea which venues they choose and why. I do know Rush said while ago they do some serious number gathering at these events, which is easy because the crowd is standing in line for a long, long time. In New Jersey they interviewed 85,000 people, and I believe he said 11% had not voted in the last election and something a little over 20% of those in line were registered Democrats.[/QUOTE]
