I suppose if, like some fundamentalists, one believes that everything evil comes from Satan, then everything evil can be called "satanic" even if the perpetrator of the evil is unaware of Satan or officially rejects him. A priest who molests children would be satanic too. Satanism in this sense refers to whose interest is served, rather than the consciousness of the perpetrator.
But for most of us who are standing somewhat to the side of that way of thinking, "Satanic" refers specifically to things that a perpetrator intends to connect with Satan. Satan worshipers are Satanic even if they do good things. Pedophile priests and bible-thumping fornicators are not, they're just evil rotters. To be a "Satanist," one must have intent.
If Vixen means the former sense, that "evil" and "satanic" are essentially synonymous, then there's really nothing to talk about. If the latter, no proof has so far appeared. I suggest that a clarification by Vixen would help.
