Even the rank and file will tell the braying buffoon to "go away!" Win or lose, the absolute best thing that can happen to his legacy is that he promptly dies. The best thing for Democrats is that he loses in 2020, and then haunts the GOP by threatening to run again.

How much of the opinion posted by people like Ingram is legitimate concern and how much of it is them using trump to bump their own status, I wonder.
 
This is a weird thing and I don't know what it means exactly but this is the first time in my recollection that we've had a President who's followers so often adopt his specific pattern of speech, repeat his exact phrasing, and otherwise just "sound like" him.

I don't remember anyone going out of their way to sound like Bush or Obama or parrot their talking points to anywhere near the degree we see it now.

Yeah I should have used a weasel word like arguably, since I don't know the legal definition of intelligence activity, but I presume it has to do with the purview of the intelligence committee and a raid like this doesn't seem to.
 
Anyone else seriously hoping that when Conan visits the White House he ends up nipping at Trump during a photo op. I would seriously pay good money for that, and it would seal the deal on the "Is he evil" question. If a bald eagle, and a military dog get after you, it's not a good sign.

Also, I think he kind of wants to lose in 2020. That at least will leave the door open for him to "fundraise" every year when the coffers get low. If he wins then he can't do that as easily. He still will because he's a moron, but here at least people will think he has a chance.

Trump knows if there's a Democrat in Oval Office and/or a Democratic Majority in the Senate come 2020 his odds of being fitted for a striped suit go waaaaaay up.

He will not go gentle into that good night.

There was probably some text left out.
" it’s up to Republicans to make sure this never happens to any President, of either party, again." ... by protecting Republican Presidents and making sure Democrat Presidents don't get elected.

Ingram's salary at Fox is $15 million, plus many sidelines that put her net worth at $70 million. That makes her one of the very tiny minority of Americans who actually have a rational reason for supporting Trump.
