The Trials of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito: Part 29

Amanda was unfairly targeted as a suspect by Italian authorities, wrongfully provisionally convicted of the murder/rape of Meredith Kercher by two arbitrary Italian courts before being fully and finally acquitted by an irreversible judgment of the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation, and remains unfairly convicted by the Italian courts of calunnia against Diya (Patrick) Lumumba - a conviction found in a final judgment by the ECHR, an international court, to be the result of violations of her rights under the European Convention on Human Rights.

I believe it is the unfairness and arbitrariness of the actions against Amanda which largely motivates the guilt hoax of the PGP. As evidence, note that the PGP are silent about the crimes of Rudy Guede, the actual convicted murderer of Meredith Kercher.

He did the crime. He's doing the time.

What makes you think Amanda knew where the key to the downstairs was? Meredith was the one dating someone downstairs. Meredith was the one watering the pot plants downstairs. It's logical to reason Meredith was carrying the key. I seriously doubt there were multiple keys for the downstairs just hanging out upstairs, but maybe you can prove otherwise?

Mez did not carry the key. It was kept on a hook inside the front door.

From a Newsweek article written by none other than Barbie Nadeau;

"She and her husband, John, divorced when their four children were young, and Arline raised the kids in the ramshackle family home in Coulsdon, Surrey—near London—where the gutters hung perilously from the roof and faded curtains adorned the windows."

Doesn't sound like they were living in ideal middle class conditions, but I guess you know better. As has been mentioned, Amanda grew up in Seattle, a beautiful city, and both her parents lived in nice middle class homes. Raffaele grew up in moderate wealth.

Neither Amanda or Meredith murdered, or ever showed violence to anyone. And they both seem to have been thoroughly nice people, so your argument is specious.

But none of this really matters. The point is, you made yet hateful, classless comment. In case you forgot, here is what you said;

"The pair of you are angry sociopaths with Daddy abandoning you as a kid to start a family with another woman."

And as it turns out, since Meredith's parents split and Daddy abandoned her, I guess you're claiming Meredith was an angry sociopath? Either that or you're a hypocrite as well.

You are deluded. Knox lived in a run-down working class area. Curt and Cassandra lived in a nicer neighbourhood, gave their daughters the same initials as Amanda and Deanna and when Curt took away Amanda's regular bedroom where she usually stayed when visiting, Amanda threw a hissy teenage fit and refused to visit again.

Then when she was younger, a judge ordered Curt to take an anger management course. He was a shouty, aggressive fellow who denied Amanda was his and refused to pay child maintenance. Edda had to go to court on numerous occasions.

Nothing unusual about this situation except Meredith's apparent snubbing of Knox likely triggered deep feelings of rejection in Know, leading to her mean-spirited actions.

But luckily in spite of her homicidal impulses her boyfriend of 1 week had sick nasty mafia connections to rig the courts eh? 1 in a million haha

In England it is quite normal to have a shortened first name without there being anything 'creepy' or familiar about it.

Grow up.

Lol! You've tried this before. The familiar name for the victim is not a short form of her name.

Please be respectful. You're perhaps entitled to the factoids you monotonously and repetitively post here. It's simply creepy that you'd feign intimacy with someone you've never met.

Yes, it was an unfortunate coupling. If they hadn't been a catalyst for each other's fantasies the crime may never have happened.

For example in a similar case in Spalding, Katie Edwards and her boyfriend planned a double murder at MacDonalds in the days before and along the riverbank. The two fourteen-year-olds then planned a faked break-in, performed their killings of Katie's own mother and younger sister, all because Mum didn't approve of her boyfriend.

As the court heard how the killers had taken a bath to wash off the blood before hunkering down in front of the teenage vampire film Twilight, one man glowered at the dock and hissed: "You're sick".

<snip

But the trial of the 14-year-old girl heard it was not mental illness that lay behind the killings.

Expert witness Dr Philip Joseph, a consultant forensic psychiatrist, said she was not suffering from a mental disorder as she had claimed and the key to the murders was the relationship between the young couple.

"If they had not had this intense, toxic relationship this would never have happened. It is the relationship that is behind the killings," he said.

"When you have two people together like that, the group dynamic can lead on to a course of action that would otherwise never have taken place."

He told the court it was a Bonnie & Clyde-esque scenario of "us against them".

So, no, not as unlikely as you might think. Just because the murder was scandalous, it doesn't mean it didn't happen.

That's not true. They'd not been involved in the crime. So it's irrelevant what their fantasies may or may not have been.

Did they meet that same week? Did the boyfriend have secret mafia hookups to rig a national court verdict? Did they get a local idiot crook to come to their crime scene and roll around in the blood get caught then never testify anything? Amateurs compared to Knox imo.

There you go again, blathering about things you know nothing about. Stop talking bollocks.

You are deluded. Knox lived in a run-down working class area. Curt and Cassandra lived in a nicer neighbourhood,

LOL! You really have no idea what you're talking about. Their houses are two blocks from each other. Here's a picture of Curt's hovel in that 'run-down' neighborhood:

... gave their daughters the same initials as Amanda and Deanna

And the point of this is?

and when Curt took away Amanda's regular bedroom where she usually stayed when visiting, Amanda threw a hissy teenage fit and refused to visit again.

Earlier, after you made a false claim about what Knox said in her book, I reminded you that I have her book. But you just don't learn. Here is exactly what she said, in toto, in her book about losing her bedroom at Curt's house:

When my half sisters, Ashley and Delaney, were born Deanna and I were relocated from our shared bedroom in that house to pullout couches in the playroom.

No mention of "throwing a teenage hissy fit" or "refusing to visit again".

Regarding not staying over anymore, this is what she actually wrote:

At fourteen, I told Dad I was too busy with my extracurricular activities and friends to stay over with him anymore. The truth was I was uncomfortable with the awkward deivide between my life and his, so I widened the gap between us.

Ashley and Delaney are 8 and 12 years younger than Amanda respectively, so that means that Amanda and Deanna moved to the playroom couch when Amanda was 12. Amanda stopped staying overnight at her dad's when she was 14. Once again, you really need to just stop making crap up out of whole cloth.

Then when she was younger, a judge ordered Curt to take an anger management course. He was a shouty, aggressive fellow who denied Amanda was his and refused to pay child maintenance. Edda had to go to court on numerous occasions.

Sigh...here goes another pie in the sky request ...please provide evidence that Curt Knox was ever ordered to take an anger management course and that he is a "shouty, aggressive fellow" and that he "denied Amanda was his".

As for going to court for child support, how do you know it was for failure to pay and not due to Edda requesting an increase in the amount? That's how it's done: the parent requesting the increase goes to court and the judge decides if an increase is merited. Go on, show me the evidence. By the way, nice touch changing Barbie Nadeau's "on more than one occasion" to "on numerous occasions".

Nothing unusual about this situation except Meredith's apparent snubbing of Knox likely triggered deep feelings of rejection in Know, leading to her mean-spirited actions.

Please spare us your fanciful excursions into La La Land based on your own warped imagination.

You have to wonder about those police! The key is hanging on the hook right next to the front door upstairs. Amanda and Filomena both knew about it but no cop bothered to ask either of them if they had a key to downstairs before Brunhilda Cop smashed her foot through the door? Smart....
