They are modelling the solar wind. Not the Sun. I thought that was quite obvious. There are reasons why it is difficult to form a star in a lab. And all this is nothing to do with the complete failure of the asinine ec woo. If you want to resurrect the electric sun woo thread, then do so. Just make sure that you've figured out where all the neutrinos come from, and can explain the energy spectrum of said neutrinos, that show it to match p-p chain fusion. As predicted by real scientists, and as not predicted by electric universe idiots.

You've admitted that you do not have any way of fitting observed data with your 'model' and that you are purely acting on faith in the hope that eventually nature will behave opposite of the way it does now.

Even if, and that is a very big if given your cherry picking and misinterpretation of scientific papers, there are gaps in the mainstream model, your completely wrong model will not replace it.

Search for water outgassing of (1) Ceres near perihelion

The two main mechanisms believed to produce such amounts of water molecules are sublimation of water ice recently exposed by impacts or landslides, and sputtering from SEP events. The first mechanism does not seem to be confirmed by this work, because it would imply a correlation between the heliocentric distance and the observations of water molecules, which is contradictory to our non-detection performed just before perihelion.

Usual insane lies from Sol88 - Ceres is a dwarf planet and this is a thread on comets !

Search for water outgassing of Ceres near perihelion was a search for the cause of sublimating water ices on the dwarf planet Ceres and comes to a rational, scientific conclusion:

Conclusions. Our observations support the idea that heliocentric distance (i.e., the sublimation of water ice) does not play a major role in the water emission from Ceres. This production rate could be either related to SEP events or to other mechanisms, possibly of endogenic origin.

The lack of any clear correlation between Ceres’ heliocentric distance and observed water vapor production rates does not favor the hypothesis of a water vapor emission created by sublimation of water ice analogous to comets (or, at least, if water vapor is emitted by this process, which is probable to some extent, then it is below the detection level).

This paper shows that Cere's activity is not analogous to cometary activity because there is no evidence of variation with Cere's orbit. That leaves solar energetic particles (SEP) or other rational, scientific mechanisms.

None of Sol88's demented cult's dogma about comets, imaginary enormous solar electric fields and electric discharge machining insanity here.

Sol88 wants to make this even more insane by making a dwarf planet in the asteroid belt with really low eccentricity one of his cult's electric comets. I suspect that may push up the number of asteroids that must be comets in their fantasy into the millions!

And what about Pluto - a dwarf plant with no cometary activity and higher eccentricity than Ceres that Sol88's cult would expect to be comet in his new fantasy. Ditto for Eris, Haumea, and Makemake?

I think he’s on the cusp of being able to show that a giant lightning bolt blasted rock, forming the Grand Canyon (or maybe the Rift Valley). The blasted rock was sent into solar orbit, coalescing to form Ceres. Sol88’s calculations show that the relative abundance of various mineral species, and water, for Ceres closely matches that of the blasted rock, once you take account of the solar wind and changes wrought by the bolts. Better: the total mass is consistent! And the cosmic event was witnessed by native Americans, and Australian Aborigines, about 20,000 years ago.

Sol88 is working on writing a paper to report these remarkable results, planning to submit it Icarus, hoping for a nice Xmas pressie.

Once again here you are posting about a theory that fails to predict even the simplest parts of the observed universe while focusing on obscure and minor effects as if that makes the total failure in some way something you can gloss over.

We see electrons and protons moving trough space.
We see them moving in the same direction with the same force accelerating them.

Your 'theory' predicts that the opposite of what we observer to happen should happen.
Therefore your theory is wrong and until you somehow manage to come up with a model that would explain this glaring error there is no need to discuss anything else.
