I don't know how good the evidence is, but since Barr certainly won't go after Kushner even if it's good evidence, this needs to be yet another congressional investigation.

You can think of some crazy, offensive, or unlikely statement he might make,
for example: "I am the first woman President of the United States who likes
to garden." And then, a day later find some evidence for it.

I think that is why I cannot do jokes about Trump. The tools of exaggeration
or hyperbole simply do not work in his case. And my jokes go flat...

So out of professional courtesy he left it alone.

It's a dangerous precedent but I think we need a second special counsel to prosecute crimes committed by the Trump regime after he's removed from office. We don't want new administrations to make a habit of investigating the former but we can't let crimes such as these go unpunished.

So far, Trump has a perfect record: He has failed every test of his fitness for office -- he can't even rise to the level of ordinary decent human being. God help us if we have a serious crisis before we kick this delusional, self-obsessed cult leader to the curb.

Classics? The inclusion of Islam is just political correctness gone mad. A classic would be a comparison of Protestantism, Catholicism and Judaism.

I mean, if you can't even get bigotry right without a nod to inclusion...

BS. Why would he "urge" the destruction of his own base? Why should we believe that he has taken a 180-degree turn from "urging" racial disunity? No it isn't ACCURATE -- not when he telegraphs to his cult that he doesn't really mean it by reading a speech someone else wrote and making it sound "like a hostage video."

Unless Trump claims that he declassified the intel, that should be obvious, and if he did that, then Trump committed an impeachable act of abuse of power and malfeasance.

ETA: What did Kushner get in exchange for the intel? The answer to that may indicate other crimes.

At this point it appears to be an illegal disclosure of classified information.

Now, yes,we do have the concept of "innocent until proven guilty", but the previous poster was suggesting that at the very least such things should get investigated to see if any laws were broken. That sort of investigation is not being done.
