And some of those racist Trumpers will think it's great Trump is getting tough on Mexico for not building Trump's wall, and not even notice Trump has raised their taxes.

IN our case it specifically means that 85% or 90% of our gross income (depending on whether it's individual or group policies) MUST be used to pay claims (or set aside into dedicated accounts for that purpose). All other costs: salaries, rent, benefits, acquisitions, etc, etc, etc, must be paid out of what's left only.

Going to the Moon is a part of going to Mars, according to NASA's current plan, which is probably what he's referring to.

But as Segnosaur points out, this just makes him look like a moron, because Trump says that NASA should stop talking about going to the Moon and start talking about going to Mars, but then concedes that talking about Mars necessarily means talking about going to the Moon. He's talking in literal circles.

Actually plenty of story going on here.

You have the fact that a president is so corrupt that one of the highest ranking politicians in the country is calling for his arrest. (I can't remember anything happening in recent memory.... in the past anyone calling for a president's arrest was usually some no-named weirdo more likely to be sporting a tinfoil hat.)

You have the fact that the president (one of the most powerful men in the world) is childish enough that he feels the need to come up with childish nick names.

You have the fact that the president of the U.S. is regularly passing falsehoods and engaging in hypocrisy. (His claim that "the dems are getting zero work done" is false... they've passed numerous bills in the house; its the senate that is causing the blockages.)

The fact that its dismissed as "not a story" so easily is not because it isn't significant, its because Stubby McBonespurs is so corrupt and incompetent that this particular event pales in comparison. But that doesn't mean his actions should be dismissed so easily.
