Hilary committed these process crimes and she was investigated. While the investigation didn't clear her, the AG chose not to prosecute, but she's still an evil, child abuse ringleader, who cooks and eats children, so she is as guilty as sin and ought to be locked up.

Trump committed obstruction of justice and he was investigated. While the investigation didn't exonerate him, the AG chose not to prosecute, but he's as pure as the driven snow and TOTALLY EXONERATED.

Probably not what Ziggurat is going with, he seems pretty level-headed and rational, but it does seem to be the stance of the trumpkin trolls.

Nope. Bill Clinton got nailed for a process crime. Martha Stewart did too, although I don't know (or care) if she's a Republican. Nice try, though.

Presidential records are often sealed up for a number of decades before being made public to protect certain privacies. That is what is being released about Nixon now, the tapes in particular.
