The Democratic party DOESN'T want a populous state to begin the campaign season since in those states elections are/were thought to be won more on who has the money to advertise on TV. By having it in New Hampshire and Iowa, it is thought that it is more ffocused on ideas and grass roots. Whether this is actually the case is arguable.

That's mostly an after the fact rationale for leaving the current system in place. As I mentioned earlier, the primaries were quite different only 50 years ago; they were nowhere near as important as they are today.

Given the number of women who've come forward, whether former beauty pageant contestants or associates of Trump's businesses who've complained of harassment and bullying, and on the other side you've got total speculation and shocked sensibilities, I'm willing to bet I'm not wrong and Biden is just another corny old politician trying to look presentable for the cameras.

Just let me know when Biden gets accused of sexual harassment by these girls/women he was a bit touchy with. He'll almost be on Trump's level then.

This is one reason why Nate Silver said Delaware would be a better candidate. It has a more representative demographic AND it is smalller.

I'll take the blame for that - I thought his deeds were widely-enough known that single .gif would do it.

May as well have. Some of those girls are disgusted by it. There are a couple of clear instances where he looks to be rubbing his penis on them, so he's not too far off. May have come in his pants for all I know - he clearly loves it and they don't.

Or, you can also show me where these videos differ from the official tapes held. You have a freedom of information act in America that allows public to view official archives, I believe. If they're faked, show me and I'll retract every word.

Why do you think not a single Republican has mentioned this? They'll be hoping he gets nominated so they can utterly destroy him. Biden's 77. That's just too old. If electability is your prime judgement factor - as you say it is - then Biden's just too old to excite the younger crowd, and by younger I mean those under 50! Once again, you're way off base because your assumptions are not valid. There is, in fact, no huge divide in the USA. The policies advocated by the Dems are widely endorsed by large margins of the general populace. That's a fact.

Where there's a large divide is by the extremest voices mostly on the right that are backed by a small portion of the populace but make an outsized level of noise. That noise, of course, generates controversy, which the TV bigwigs like because it draws eyes and, most importantly, ad revenue. Sorry, this is a skeptic's website, you're not going to get much traction with an innuendo-laden mash-up of pictures of "Creepy Uncle Joe" leering in official videos.

Of course, we've seen these videos before and they are not a good look.
