My first thought on seeing this;

Gentlemen do not wear hats indoors. (Exceptions made for religious requirements of course.)

I don't play golf although I do know that players are made to wear deliberately ugly clothing, I assume it is compulsory to wear a hat inside in golf club house?

Trump lacks the class to have ever been familiar with such a rule, let alone respect it; however, in this particular case I think the hat is hiding bad hair. Seriously - have a look at how sparse the hair emerging from his cap is in that photo, compared to almost any other photograph of Trump in public, even wearing a similar cap, where his hair tends to flow over his ear. I think he had neither put on his tan nor done his hair/had it done, and his face is that of a man who is not used to being awake so early in the morning.

My first thought was how cheap and tacky it looks. This is the club that Trump & family have boasted about micromanaging? The one where not a single bit of decor is there that wasn't personally approved by the family? And that tatty counter and those chairs and stools from a pub are the absolute pinnacle of class, are they?

That was my first reaction. I've been to Marriott's that were "classier."

I just had a somewhat comforting thought. The Election is next year already. I think we'll make it until then.

With a massively increased debt, an overwhelmingly partisan SCOTUS and the destruction of basic standards of Presidential behaviour, massive damage to the international standing and the can of worms he's opened with his national emergency. Trump might not destroy the USA but he may have inflicted irreversible damage.

English writer Nate White answers the question, "Why do some British people not like Donald Trump?"

was "He's a crass white supremacist" not enough?

Also, yes, it's entirely correct to say that Obama didn't earn his own Nobel award. Even he would agree to that. That does not mean "give one to Toupee Fiasco" will be the answer to any problem.

When Arnold Palmer owned part of Pebble Beach it was mandatory to remove your hat when in the dining or bar area.

This should be fun, Andrew McCabe is the latest with a book out, which reveals that at least two cabinet members were willing to sign on to the 25th amendment solution, when Trump fired Comey. On top of that, he also revealed that Trump ordered Rod Rosenstein to write the memo that was supposed to give him legal cover for firing Comey, something the White House denies (although curiously enough, Rosenstein hasn't denied it).

Naturally Lindsey Graham is outraged that someone would threaten the guiding star and love of his life, and is hauling McCabe and Rod Rosenstein before a Senate committee.

Trump Tweets

Nothing funny about tired Saturday Night Live on Fake News NBC! Question is, how do the Networks get away with these total Republican hit jobs without retribution? Likewise for many other shows? Very unfair and should be looked into. This is the real Collusion!

I wouldn't have thought Der Trumpenführer would watch SNL, given that he only watches TV to get policy ideas and talking points.

52% Approval Rating, 93% in Republican Party ( a record )! Pretty amazing considering that 93% (also) of my press is REALLY BAD. The “people” are SMART!

Not accrding to five thirty eight

As of today

Disapprove 53.7
Approve 41.8

I wonder where he gets his stats from?

THE RIGGED AND CORRUPT MEDIA IS THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!

I wonder what kind of "retribution" that idiot has in min.

Yes that was my second thought; about the standard of a slightly run down three star hotel.

There was an outlier Rasmussen poll that had him at 53%. But...

That was over two weeks ago (his typical for Rasmussen is 50% or lower) and

Rasmussen typically favors Trump and or the GOP.

Very strange man.

.

Well he's more likely to understand that

Trump only remembers the "good" stuff, and time is immaterial to him. Having earned the badge, he keeps looking at it.

For example, he considers he IS a "successful casino-owner", even though the last time he had anything to do with them many years ago was when his propped-up money-laundering Atlantic City debacles were bankrupted.

So when he says "my polls are 53% approval", that was probably one time in one utterly biased poll, some time once way in the past. But it said "53% approval" so he has that badge too, and he won't ever let it go now.

It's the same with his "BUILD THE WALL" and "fake news" mantras, and his refusal to understand what tariffs really are and do, etc. The information he wants is engraved on his tiny cortex, and now it is there it isn't going to be erased.

In every Golf Club I have been a member of (and there have been a few) it is mandatory to remove your hat in any part of the clubhouse.

I am reminded of a line by Jamie Foxx in the movie Django Unchained, about Leonardo DiCaprio's character I think, which I won't repeat here.

The cook is likely excused for wearing a hat due to health considerations, keeping hair out of food. The patron is not. The plastic squeeze bottles of ketchup really make the place look classy.

I keep seeing that and thinking of my mom's favorite undersold George Gobel line. Describing a date he'd been on to Jack Parr, he said "Now this was a big date for me in a real classy restaurant. You got your own catsup on all the tables, Jack."

I don't think I've ever seen a good club or restaurant that didn't decant the catsup and other sauces and put them in serving dishes.

Anyone who's ever done the legendary breakfast buffets in Asia can tell you that every single one of them has an egg station and that not a one would have that sort of grungy stainless or all-clad omelet pan. There are ways of cleaning the external surface, guy!

Classy place that club of his.

Here is the Omelette bar.

Is it me or does he look pretty good for some classified as obese? He was a lot larger than that last year and they said he gained 12 pounds since 5hen.
