Here in America, what Prosecutors claim is not a finding, particularly when they just got done blowing up the guy on whom they are basing that claim as a total fraud.

It is an advocacy document.

Said the hearing was more about Hillary's emails again. And without saying it specifically sort of rolled his eyes suggesting it was a massive waste of time.

That's because you are beyond partisan and so were the many investigations into Ben Ghazzi.

What Ben Ghazzi conclusively proved was that the Republicans weren't interested in anything but trashing Hillary. There was no evidence of wrongdoing in regards to Ben Ghazzi. There may have been justification for second guessing, but not much else.

That you run that up the flag pole says more about you than it does about anything else. It's like you seizing on Meadows statement and thinking that was evidence of wrongdoing or your absurd cite of Issa's coment today about Comey and the DOJ and then saying this was why the DOJ needs to clean house. Your posts are the most one sided partisan biased nonsense which leads to a lot of eye rolling by everyone.

Cohen is being charged for lying to federal authorities. That is his crime.

Cohen acting as a liaison for a business deal between Trump and Russian officials during the presidential campgain is highly unethically, however, it is not a state or federal statute? The conjecture is Cohen negotiated a quid pro quo between Trump and the Russian officials, however, the only evidence the gov has this far is the testimony of Cohen who has agreed to such testimony to lessen the punishment for lying to federal authorities.

Is all of that a fair and accurate assessment of the status of this situation?

Rex Tillerson said that Trump was constantly telling him to do things that he could not do because they were illegal and his refusal frustrated Trump. Trump thinks laws are for others.

You are forgetting the SDNY prosecutors also allege:

On Donald Trump’s orders, his former personal lawyer Michael Cohen twice broke campaign finance laws by paying off women who claimed to have had affairs with Trump, federal prosecutors said in a court filing today.

Cohen’s payments to porn star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal via shell companies “struck a blow to one of the core goals of the federal campaign finance laws: transparency,” prosecutors from New York’s Southern District wrote. The memo suggested that Cohen spend four years behind bars.

That is a felony for both Trump and Cohen.
