In terms of charges only about 15% of religiously motivated charges in Scotland relate to attacks on Muslims. More than half are charge for attacks on Catholics and a quarter for attacks on Protestants. Considering the Catholic popualtion of Scotland sits at about 15% its clear that those anti-sectarianism laws are there to protect Catholics primarily who are the primary victims of attacks.

I get what you're trying to do. The whole "you cant answer my question cuz you dum and i win hur durr!!11!!!" schtick gets very old very fast and I have no interest of playing that game. I will continue to point out simple facts like UK has draconian hate speech laws and how they are enforced are completely arbitrary. Your government is zeroed-in on this "diverse" utopia with autistic-like obsession and they will continue to terrorize its citizenry so that they remain complacent.

I'm just going to post this here - I am about to go into one of (if my recollection is correct) most "diverse" towns in the UK, Slough. If I don't make it back can someone make sure my PC is wiped of er... interesting stuff.. before my mother gets her hands on it.

Except that they don't. It's also rather silly to imply that a relatively tiny number of coppers dealing with online crime somehow means that nobody else is dealing with the "real" crime.

Subjective. Behave like a ****, and you might get arrested and charged. Don't behave like a ****, and you won't be. I doubt many Brits think that is "draconian."

On Monday, it was reported that the UK’s largest force would no longer look into many reports of crimes, including burglaries, thefts and assaults, where there was judged to be little prospect of identifying a suspect.

The plan has been denounced as a “green light to thieve” but the Metropolitan police said it needed to balance the books.

So? You've had to reach back even further for your example (which weren't what you claimed they were). Anyway, the paucity of prosecutions of Muslim in comparison to obvious number of racist bigots being prosecuted seems a pretty clear indication of where the majority of the problem lies.
