The campaign is irrelevant, the ridiculousness of the laws is the point, and how it does not get enforced when Muslims do it.

In terms of charges only about 15% of religiously motivated charges in Scotland relate to attacks on Muslims. More than half are charge for attacks on Catholics and a quarter for attacks on Protestants. Considering the Catholic popualtion of Scotland sits at about 15% its clear that those anti-sectarianism laws are there to protect Catholics primarily who are the primary victims of attacks.
