The truly sad, discouraging and dangerous part about Trump's tweets is that his base believes them. They don't question their Glorious Leader. They remind me of N. Koreans who idolize and worship the Kim family and cult members. You see them at Trumps rallies standing behind him nodding and applauding when he says anything, including lying and name calling. They're like brainless bobbleheads.

"Presidential Approval numbers are very good - strong economy, military and just about everything else. Better numbers than Obama at this point, by far. We are winning on just about every front and for that reason there will not be a Blue Wave, but there might be a Red Wave!"

Not according to Gallup.
Obama had an approval rating of 44% compared to Trump's 40% in August of their second year in office.

As for the economy having better numbers, that's because Obama was still dealing with the Great Recession inherited from Bush. Trump's claim is so misleading. But is anyone surprised? Sadly, his supporters will believe his lies.

Helped in no small way by Fox. Watched it recently and saw pure government propaganda. Sad.

It's amazing how many numerous, varied, and well-established sources all conspire to present fake news, innit? Apparently, only Trump is a reliable source. Among Trump supporters, 91% believe him over the media. :boggled:

Consider other "news" sources that the typical Trump supporter is likely to encounter as well. The Globe, the Star, the National Enquirer, and the National Examiner are all published by American Media. David Pecker, the Chairman and CEO of American Media, is one of Trump's golf buddies. These tabloids have been constantly singing Trump's praises and attacking his enemies since he originally started his campaign.

One thing the rest of the country knows is the Conservatives are now openly for an end to democracy, as they want to be the only major party in the country.
