Never heard of those, they're up your way only.QFC near me has one. Much more convenient.
But... it's a Kroger brand, I'll try the Fred Meyer here soon.

Was that "she could have married Brady, but I got Jared instead" tweet/comment real? His Daughter converted to Judaism to marry Kushner. So it's still the Jewish Son in Law to blame....
There is a program now where (Oregon state licensed liquor) is being sold in a separate section of grocery stores which certainly makes it much more convenient than having to go to another store.

The Qanon Trump supporters seem to be pretty much the younger Trump Supporters...the Angry Young White Man crowd, who are trying to make bigotry "hip" and "cool".

Here in the province of Ontario, liquor is only sold in stores owned and operated by the provincial government. These are called LCBO outlets, or colloquially, the liquor store. They also sell beer and wine, but are the only location to purchase hard liquor. There is another government granted monopoly called The Beer Store that retails and wholesales beer. The Beer Store is a private enterprise.
Only recently (a couple of years now) have you been able to purchase beer and wine at certain grocery stores, but not hard liquor. Beer, wine and liquor are still kept out of our corner stores and gas stations.
The only seeming exception to the above rule is that in some very tiny rural towns you may find beer, wine and hard liquor in a corner store, but these are called LCBO agencies. They have LCBO branding very prominent. They have to follow the exact same rules around pricing and hours of operation. They are there for convenience only.

Somewhat amusing aside regarding the highlighted: In Portland, there are already nearly twice as many marijuana stores as there are liquor stores. Overall, it's probably a good thing. We're a bit OT (don't care [emoji14] ) so...
Yeah, the "blue laws" etc vary so widely among the different states it's hard to keep track (and JD being made in a "dry" county is just funny AF). Saw most versions as I traveled and here in Oregon it's the State Licensed stores only for hard liquor. Sadly they're rare, thanks to it being a highly politicized ("who you know"), and very profitable racket and the fact that the word "temperance" is actually in the Control Board's literature (ok... that's more just aggravating, I mean... really guys?).
But as a Cali native I've often joked to others... despite booze in every major grocery store, you can't swing a cat in CA without hitting a bottle shop (aka Liquor Store).![]()
You betcha. Most gas stations too (well... beer at least). [emoji14]All the grocery stores here (Oregon) sell wine and beer.
Oh man... we're awash in them here in Coos/N. Bend.Somewhat amusing aside regarding the highlighted: In Portland, there are already nearly twice as many marijuana stores as there are liquor stores. Overall, it's probably a good thing.![]()
Which is why it's so important to draw a link between MAGA hats and other merchandise and the symbols of the White Supremacy movement. Being associated with such movements is unappealing to lesser of two evil voters.
All the grocery stores here (Oregon) sell wine and beer.
As I said, a great many states allow groceries to sell wine and beer, but try to limit hard liquor to specified locations.
He needs the mindless adulation of his base in their stupid MAGA hats and 2 sizes too small Walmart sleeveless T-shirts. I look at those rallies and wonder if most of their last names are McCoy and Hatfield.
SOmebody is going to get killed, period.
More and more I am convinced there is no peaceful way out of this. It is going to come to a test of force someday. Which is why I keep on saying that "progressives" should reconsider their opposition to gun ownership...
True. He wouldn't let most of his base inside one of his golf resorts (except as hired help) much less rent or buy in one of his buildings.
Three years ago, could anyone imagine a meeting of Japan, Canada, Mexico, and the EU about anything and the US not being there? All our most important allies are meeting to figure out how to deal with a problem of our creation. The fact that this meeting is happening is a failure on the part of Trump.
Ah but that is a democrat view of allies, those countries are the allies of the democratic party, the republicans chief ally is Russia after all.
