This broad is stupid on steroids.

I guess Sarah never heard that The UK/Commonwealth and Russia (and some other European nations )had something to do with bringing down Nazi Germany.
Just read it's s hoax. But the scary thing is I could 100% believe that Palin said it. She really is that stupid.

Trump now says he holds Putin personally responsible for the election meddling. Is there anyone who accepts that at face value given his absurd would/wouldn’t statement, his performance at the press conference, and everything he’s said or done about Russia in the last 2 years?

He’s had to be dragged kicking and screaming into it. The mystery is not whether something is going on, but just exactly what.

I've been perusing Breitbart a couple times a day since this broke, seeing what they're leading with and what's being commented on. Nothing about Trump's non-denial denials, our ex-ambassador Trump is thinking about letting Russia interrogate, Trump's CBS interview where he blames Putin, nothing about Sanders press conference. This is not something Trumpkins want to be reminded of.

I want to know what Bannon thinks. If he thought Don Jr's meeting was treasonous, what does he make of all this???
ETA: Bannon sells out. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/steve-bannon-didnt-like-trumps-walk-back-russia-summit-224027219.html

Just saw an AP piece about the return of Korean war remains. Pretty much every word of Trump's statement last month was either puffed up BS, flat out lie or both (big surprise). Pompeo seems to be waffling over what they've got, how many... and of course NK is likely expecting the payment of millions to start up again (stopped in '04 or '06 IIRC) for their "help" in locating more (not "buying" back remains of course).
It's business as usual, and the complete opposite of what Trump bragged about. It's all rather nauseating. :(

Sorry for no link, it was Google Newsstand app and tough to ferret out a url. Hopefully someone can find it easily on the web and post some appropriate quotes.

Trump now says he holds Putin personally responsible for the election meddling...

I give this one less than a day before he wriggles the other way, again.

Trump isn’t just a traitor. He’s a pathetic Jell-O heap of a traitor. (With apologies to Jell-O.)

I'd like to see some evidence of this - not least because it isn't clear about whether he's talking about defence spending or NATO contributions.

Neither. He's just pulling crap out of his rear to make himself look good. Really, I don't believe there's any basis in fact for that claim ... and most others. It's just Dump raving to his base.

Confession. If by some miracle Trump does get impeached to the point of being removed from office, I'd wager it's going to be over some technicality rather than any of the big things people are really upset about. A "Getting Capone for Tax Evasion" moment if you will.

I can't put my finger on why it just... seems like that's how it would go.

I predict it will be financial that'll get him which will allow his to whine for the rest of his life that the Mueller probe was a witch hunt and illegal.

Sarah Palin joins in bashing NATO.

“America is spending too much money defending a bunch of elitist Europeans, who look down their noses at us. What has NATO ever done for us? Where were they in World War II, when America defeated the Nazis.”

Best line from that link (my bold):

But Trump has his supporters in the United States including well-known American quarter-wit Sarah Palin.

I don't think "what is going on" is a mystery:

WASHINGTON — Two weeks before his inauguration, Donald J. Trump was shown highly classified intelligence indicating that President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia had personally ordered complex cyberattacks to sway the 2016 American election.

The evidence included texts and emails from Russian military officers and information gleaned from a top-secret source close to Mr. Putin, who had described to the C.I.A. how the Kremlin decided to execute its campaign of hacking and disinformation.

Dump knew from the get-go the extent of Russian meddling. For me, the subsequent 18+ months of denial rises to the impeachment level. Unfortunately, none of the GOP hews to that view. Like dudalb, I think GOPers who don't call out this administration and Trump specifically are traitors to their country - not in the legal sense but in the political sense.

Russians announce Trump's major agreements. But our guys don't know nuttin'.
“Important verbal agreements” were reached at the Helsinki meeting, Russia’s ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, told reporters in Moscow Wednesday, including preservation of the New Start and INF agreements, major bilateral arms control treaties whose futures have been in question. Antonov also said that Putin had made “specific and interesting proposals to Washington” on how the two countries could cooperate on Syria.

But officials at the most senior levels across the U.S. military, scrambling since Monday to determine what Trump may have agreed to on national security issues in Helsinki, had little to no information Wednesday.

I agree. I have despised Trump pretty much since he announced his candidacy. Actually from a lot earlier. But if you didn't think there was collusion before, you're a dishonest if you don't think so today. I have thought him to be a buffoon before, self centered, stupid and ignorant. Now I just think he's a traitor. This despicable man needs to go.

Montenegro America First is a tiny-hearted country with very strong wrong people ... They’re very aggressive people. They may get aggressive, and congratulations, you’re in world war three,” he added.
FTFY, Trumpie boy.

You can say that again. Threats to strike first with nuclear weapons. Use of torture. Guantanamo. Children in cages. Nazis/child molesters running openly as GOP candidates. Shooting unarmed men in the back out of purest cowardice. Fake news history books. "Exceptionalism." Loyal allies to vile dictators, backstabbers to friends.

I can hear this read in the oily, patronizing, condescending superciliousness of Louise Fletcher's Deep Space Nine character, Kai Winn.

Sorry, but I think condescending superciliousness is too advanced an approach for Trump. I hear it as the dumb fat kid that nobody really likes bragging on the playground about the new gaming computer he got from his dad.
